Radical Democrat Governor Sisolak and Nevada Democrats called a special session this weekend with no public present and inside of 24 hours they rammed through mail-in voting and ballot harvesting. Democrats did this during the special leglislative session.
The Democrats are going to cheat at all costs to keep the state from going to Donald Trump! The new Democrat law allows people not related to or friends with elderly voters to fill out their ballots and turn them in to be counted!

Ballot Harvesting is not illegal, as the headline says, if they just passed a law making it legal.

You, of all people, should know that passed laws aren’t necessarily “legal”.
But then DACA is illegal but is the law of the land.
If Mail In ballots are used as the election process then look
for the largest voter turnout in history and largest democrat
turn out in history. Democrats will be winners by landslides.

Like every other illegal, outrageous, despicable and unconstitutional thing the Democrats do, I’m sure glad my Republicans don’t respond in kind.
That would just be wrong, and the voters would think we’re not very nice.
If Republicans pass something concerning election procedure that Democrats don’t like, a flurry of lawsuits and restraining orders results in moments. Before a week passes, the law is declared unconstitutional and invalid, it seems.
How many other states are going to pass a similar law?
Have the Republicans prepared for this by getting lawsuits ready to launch and fast track this to SCOTUS?

I am mystified as to why Republicans can not do just as much, or even more ballot harvesting as the Dems.
We have more money, and better organization. Flood the states that allow it with workers who will go house to house picking up ballots.
We got caught flat footed in CA two years ago. If we do not learn from that mistake the whole party is a bunch of fools.
Well ok republicans you can ballot harvest too. Get your game together. It’s not exclusive to Democrats.

I don’t have any faith in Ronna RNC at all in 2018 she lost the house, she did nothing to get out the vote AND because of vote harvesting we lost damn near EVERY seat in the house!!!
Why don’t we have a nationwide orchestrated effort to flood the system with fraudulent ballots both for Dems and Repubs. Make it so outrageous that it will be obvious that vote by mail is a joke.

They are by definition legal.
In the case of ballot harvesting, the Constitution awards to the states their election laws.
As long as there is no breach of the Bill of Rights and equal protection. Widespread fraud and its facilitation by state officials would have to be proved to initiate an equal protection case.
Yeah, it sucks. Big time.
I haven’t seen a shred of evidence that they’ve been working on it.
