Donald Trump, his adult children, and his former “fixer” Michael Cohen are among the witnesses the New York attorney general plans to call at an upcoming trial over her $250 million lawsuit against the former president. Trump, 77, is listed as “witness No. 27” in Attorney General Letitia James’ list of people her office anticipates possibly calling to the stand during the Manhattan Supreme Court trial, which could start as soon as Monday and last up to three months. James’ office, which is seeking at least $250 million and an order barring the ex-commander-in-chief from doing business in New York,...

There’s been a consensus that, whatever else his critics might say about him, Donald Trump has been a good father. Then along came Donny Deutsch. Said Deutsch on today’s Morning Joe: “He would flip on anybody to save himself. I actually believe, that even if they came to his children, he would send his children to jail before he would go to jail. I think he’s that level, that depraved,, and that empty of any moral center.”Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

In this age of smartphones and a politically divided public, two of President Trump’s youngest children have managed the nearly impossible: They’ve turned up on their respective school campuses without the traditional news media and security brouhaha that surrounds the first day of school for a commander in chief’s child. There was no breathless coverage as 23-year-old Tiffany Trump, the daughter of Mr. Trump and his second wife, Marla Maples, began law school at Georgetown University a week ago. On Tuesday, the school year quietly began for Barron Trump, the president’s fifth child and youngest son, who earlier this year...

"Eric's going to be an amazing dad. The nieces and nephews love hanging with him." She said President Donald Trump was "so excited" about the news and she was worried he would "blurt it out at a press conference." The couple married at Mar-a-Lago in 2014. Their son will be Trump's ninth grandchild....

Upper East Side moms are having a spirited online debate over whether to boycott a school where a grandchild of President Trump is a student. One of the anonymous contributors to UrbanBaby.com said her son had gotten into Buckley [School], but she didn’t want to send him there because a son of Donald Trump Jr.’s (likely 4-year-old Spencer Frederick) is said to be going to kindergarten there in the fall.

Ivanka Trump is going to be a huge deal in Washington. While a federal anti-nepotism law could prevent the 35-year-old from holding an official White House position after her father, Donald, assumes his role as the 45th president of the United States on January 20, “unofficially,” an Ivanka source reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly, “she will be Donald’s closest adviser.” Over the course of her father’s successful campaign, the husky-voiced Seventeen cover model turned Trump Organization executive evolved into his most trusted consultant. “He looks to Ivanka for advice and consultation on almost everything,” notes a close...

Apparently Kevin Williamson at National Review has jumped over that deadly lemming cliff, along with millions of Trump-maddened New York liberals. Williamson writes in NR today that "My own view is that Donald and Ivanka and Uday and Qusay are genuinely bad human beings and that the American public has made a grave error in entrusting its highest office to this cast of American Psycho extras. That a major political party was captured by these cretins suggests that its members are not worthy of the blessings of this republic ..." Apparently NR editors didn't read this piece, or worse, they...

Nearly every morning since their father's stunning victory on Election Day, three of Donald Trump's grown children walk through the Trump Tower lobby and board an elevator. But are Don Jr., Ivanka and Eric going to the campaign office on the fifth floor? Their business offices on the 25th floor? The president-elect's penthouse on the 56th floor? That uncertainty highlights the multiple roles the children play for their father. For the past year, the lines were constantly blurred between political campaign and business empire, raising questions about a possible conflict of interest between Trump's White House and his sprawling business...

Donald Trump has taken the unprecedented step of requesting his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, receive top-secret clearance to join him for his Presidential Daily Briefings, which began Tuesday. Multiple sources tell NBC News Trump received his first briefing on Tuesday and designated both Kushner and Ret. Gen. Michael Flynn as his staff-level companions for the briefings going forward. While Flynn has the necessary security clearance, Kushner does not, and it could take weeks — or even longer — for him to receive it.

President-elect Donald Trump’s children say they want no official role in their dad’s administration, but his team has reportedly asked the White House about getting them top-secret security clearances. The Trump transition team has asked the White House to explore the possibility of getting his adult children top secret security clearances, CBS News reported. The report did not name which children he’s seeking for the clearance for, but his oldest kids, Donald Jr., Eric and Ivanka, were often on the campaign trail for him and served as his advisers. While government rules bar Trump from giving his children White House...

WASHINGTON — Rudolph W. Giuliani, a top adviser to President-elect Donald J. Trump, said on Sunday that it would be “unrealistic” to remove Mr. Trump’s children from their roles in running his business empire and place the assets into a strict blind trust like the ones used by previous presidents.

It says a lot about Donald Trump that his children are such delightful people, even though they were raised with the "disadvantage" of being very wealthy, Ben Carson said Thursday. "All of the Trump children are absolutely delightful people. And I think that speaks volumes about the man," he said, referring to the GOP nominee. "Anybody who can raise children, particularly in the environment they came up in, which I think is a disadvantaged environment. Because I know a lot of people who are very rich and their kids are so spoiled, and I think it's a disadvantage. I really...
