<p>Several top Republicans candidates seeking to oust Barbara Boxer from her two-term reign as California senator gathered for the first time Thursday at a forum where they stressed the need to tighten the nation's borders and cut taxes.</p> <p>More than 200 people attended the forum, which was sponsored by the Republican Jewish Coalition of Los Angeles.
