DES MOINES, Iowa (KCCI) — A former campaign manager for an Iowa congressional candidate faces several charges after he admitted to faking signatures on petition documents last year. Noah Wasserman, 27, was booked into the Polk County Jail on Tuesday afternoon but has since been released, according to online jail records.
