A Billings Republican legislator said Saturday he believes the U.S. Constitution calls for the shooting or jailing of those who identify as socialists. State Rep. Rodney Garcia, from House District 52 on the South Side, first made a statement in the form of an unprompted question at a state party gathering in Helena Friday meant to kick off election season and offer training for party members and candidates. In his question after a speech by former Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke, who was Montana’s representative in the U.S. House for two years, Garcia said he was concerned about socialists...

In a speech on Senate floor last week, New York Sen. Chuck Schumer said Iowa Republican Rep. Steve King was controlling the party’s position on immigration and derailing immigration reform. (SNIP) Thursday, King responded to Schumer’s comment on the House floor saying it was Schumer not him who represented the fringe. Specifically King said Schumer represented “socialists, marxists, progressives, liberal Democrats.”

"It seems to me that if America were really expanding economically, that kind of wealth, that kind of disparity is palpable. But when you have stagnation when you have a chronic case of unemployment, the sense of social injustice can be terribly demoralizing and politically in the long run, very dangerous. It can politicize social economic issues, create radicalism, class conflict [and] extremism and I think that is a real risk in our society. Especially since so many of those who made so much money recently produce very little wealth for others. They essentially pocket the money. They are engaged...

SEACOAST FREEPERS!!! FREEP of Jeanne Shaheen THIS FRIDAY, 5:00 PM at the Holiday Inn, Portsmouth NH. The NH Dems are having an event that will feature Jeanne Shaheen. We are organizing a fake picket line outside to protest her support of the new “card-check” union rules which would use fear and intimidation on employees who don’t want to join a union in their workplace by making their anti-union vote public! Feel free to bring signs targeting Shaheen on other issues, however our main focus will be hitting her on this labor issue. In true union, picket-line fashion, I will be...

I meet up with Snow Eagle and her hubby at the Walmart in North Conway, NH, we intended to do a roadside protest in support of drilling in the good old US of A. They were then going to attend the presentation Che was putting on about how not to freeze to death, in a very cold part of the US, when you can't afford to buy heating oil, and ask some pointed questions. We set up across the street from the Walmart with signs, I will post pics, stating the Congress was not doing its job and to DRILL...

I met up with Past Your Eyes at Big Heads in Rochester and introduced him to Andy58-in-NH and OCCASparky, we had gathered for our intermittant Freep of the Farmington commies, Peace Action. This trash holds a vigil every Friday, 1730 - 1830, at the Monument in Rochester and drags the whole tenor of the City down, such as there is. We set up with Flags and signs on our side of the street and awaited the arrival of the socalist scum, they were late as usual, we recieved a few honks and thumbs up, the traffic was light for a...

Another missive from the war hero. Dear Friend, If any state represents the promise of new Democratic leadership it is New Hampshire. That's why I will be in Manchester next Friday, October 13 to support the Democratic Party. Please join me. RSVP to join me at the Jefferson-Jackson Dinner in Manchester on Friday, October 13 With deep support from citizens practicing the kind of grassroots politics that New Hampshire is famous for -- the kind that America needs more of -- John Lynch and outstanding New Hampshire Democrats were elected in 2004. Now it's time to build on that progress,...

For those of us in Central New Hampshire, Live Free or Die, for you in the slave states, I seem to have noticed a lot of water coming down. I need a refresher in building an Ark, I slept through that in my Bible class.

ROCHESTER — Administrators are on a fact-finding mission to learn more about the creation of Spaulding High School's mascot and logo after an alumnus asked that the Red Raider emblem be changed. In a letter sent to the superintendent's office earlier this month, Peter Sanfacon, Class of 1977 and now of Framingham, Mass., said the mascot and logo that depicts an American Indian is inappropriate and insensitive. He quoted a resolution passed in August 2002 by the New Hampshire Board of Education calling for local school districts to stop using American Indian sports mascots as well as a similar resolution...

At about 1:05 I met RaceBannon at Park Street Station on the Common, it was cold and clear. Race was passing the time debating some of the local lefies, confused in mind and gender, while waiting for troops to show up, he was in fine form. I informed Race that we were to meet up with Electric Strawberry and the rest at City Hall Plaza. When we arrived the FReepers present were: ElecticStrawberry, Little Bill, Race Bannon, Chessel, Thirsty Man, Stephen12, CTBigPat, and the lurker Snooper. We also picked up some interested people, one a self admitted Liberal Democrat, oh...

The Boston FReepers are gathering commitments to oppose the local commies on March 18, 2006. The local trash are having a march that follows a route that only satan himself could have thought up. This works for us, in that, it gives us the maximum exposure. The action in Boston has been slow of late, but where there are commies there are FReepers. For the most fun that you can have with your clothes on, meet us at Government Center at 11:00, bring Flags, signs and your bod.

This is a Second Notice from the Boston FReepers for the planned FReep, on March 18, 2006, against the Local Commies. ANSWER and the other local socalists, commie trash, are holding a march to end at the State House, Kremlin, to protest all most everything, mostly the war. We are inviting all Mass FReepers, Visitors from Foreign States, and others that value FReedom to join us. Because this an all inclusive protest tastefull, or not, counter protest stuff is invited, me, I am buying a Danish flag.

For those of us that are enslaved in the Peoples Republic Of Massachussets, a chance exists to show our support for FReedom and to support those who willingly put their lives on the line to give to others those things that we are deprived. On March 18, 2006, the local communists, ANSWER and the other trash, are going to rally for surrender, grovel to the terrorists, scare the winoes, junkies, homeless, and pedophiles that inhabit the Common.

I was a tad flabbergasted at your quote in today's AP Story in the Boston Globe regarding gravestones for US troops killed in action. Your criticized the Pentagon's policy of inscribing headstones with operation names, such as "Iraqi Freedom." Frankly, having visited too many cemeteries over too many years, I would find it of compelling historical interest to see where a GI sacrificed his / her life for our nation. I have a long-ago relative who died in W.W.I and whose stone is a simple government issued white tablet listing his name, rank and detachment. I wish I knew where...

Long Night’s Journey Into Day People often ask me just exactly when I stopped being a liberal and, depending on their own political persuasion, saw the light or sold my soul to the devil. My fellow conservatives assume I had something akin to an epiphany. Liberals simply wonder if I suffered a head injury in a traffic accident. When I fail to come up with anything specific, I can invariably read disappointment in their eyes. The truth is that it was a fairly gradual process. I grew up in a typical middle-class Jewish home, the third son of Russian immigrant...
