A new court filing by special counsel John Durham reveals that Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael Horowitz concealed crucial information from Durham in connection with the ongoing prosecution of Michael Sussmann, a former attorney to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. The filing also reveals that Horowitz failed to disclose that his office is in possession of two cellphones used by former FBI general counsel James Baker. The phones may contain information that’s important to the Sussmann case, as well as to a separate criminal leak investigation of Baker that Durham personally conducted between 2017 and 2019. Horowitz first...

The Twitter executive responsible for blocking stories about Hunter Biden's laptop is one of several advisers to the Aspen Institute's disinformation commission. Yoel Roth is one of several questionable advisers to Aspen's Commission on Information Disorder, which on Monday released its much-anticipated report. Commission members include Katie Couric, who recently acknowledged that she edited comments on National Anthem protests out of a 2016 interview with Ruth Bader Ginsburg to preserve the justice's reputation with liberals. Another commissioner, Rashad Robinson, helped fuel actor Jussie Smollett's hate crime hoax. Commission members' censorship of legitimate news stories could undercut their lofty mission. The...

Buried in FBI laboratory reports about the anthrax mail attacks that killed five people in 2001 is data suggesting that a chemical may have been added to try to heighten the powder's potency, a move that some experts say exceeded the expertise of the presumed killer. The lab data, contained in more than 9,000 pages of files that emerged a year after the Justice Department closed its inquiry and condemned the late Army microbiologist Bruce Ivins as the perpetrator, shows unusual levels of silicon and tin in anthrax powder from two of the five letters. Those elements are found in...

In his controversial new book on the 2020 election, Battle For The Soul: Inside the Democrats' Campaigns to Defeat Donald Trump. Edward-Isaac Dovere repeats a canard that has become something of a staple of Democratic mythology. According to Dovere, in November 2020, then-president Barack Obama had a hard time making sense out of Hillary Clinton's loss "to a man he thought of as a moronic carnival barker." Dovere traced Obama's grudge against Donald Trump to the birth certificate issue. Obama, writes Dovere, "would never forgive [Trump] for turning a fringe obsession with his birth certificate into an issue he'd had...

The defining photograph of the attempted insurrection on Jan. 6 was that of a man strolling through the broken halls of our national Capitol, amid the smashed windows and assorted rubble of the failed coup, proudly brandishing a Confederate flag on his shoulder and hoping to overturn an election decided largely by Black voters. It’s an image that tells the story not only of Jan. 6 or of the Trump presidency, but also of all the steps that led to that moment — the whole history of hate in America captured in one frame. This deadly connection between white supremacy...

James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas released audio Wednesday of a purported conference call in October in which CNN president Jeff Zucker appears to tell editors to spike the story of Hunter Biden’s laptop. On October 14, the New York Post published emails found on a laptop apparently belonging to Hunter Biden, suggesting that his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, had met in 2015 with one of Hunter’s business associates from the Ukrainian energy company, Burisma. That directly contradicted Joe Biden’s claims on the campaign trail never to have done so: “I have never discussed, with my son or my brother or...

CNN was on the receiving end of a fair share of mockery following an “exclusive” report in which documents were discovered showing China downplayed their coronavirus numbers and lied about the origins of the pandemic. The ‘breakthrough’ reporting involved information President Trump has been explaining to the American people for ten months, yet was ridiculed by the mainstream media. He was even called xenophobic for daring to blame China for mishandling the outbreak. ... Viewers were quick to jump all over CNN for reporting what was already widely known by anybody with a working set of eyes and ears. “CNN...

Here’s what the mainstream media doesn’t want you to know about Trump’s $3 million recount of Wisconsin that ended up increasing Biden’s lead by 87 votesThe mainstream media has been reporting – truthfully – that Trump spent $3 million for a recount of Wisconsin, which ended up increasing Biden’s lead by 87 votes.However, in this video, Dr. Steve Turley claims that there is more to the recount. He says that: 1) Wisconsin law requires recounts to include an audit of the votes as part of any recount. 2) Wisconsin Democrats tried (and failed) to remove this audit from the current...

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said election workers are rescanning a number of ballots in Fulton County after discovering an issue that caused some votes to not scanned or uploaded to election tallies. The issue involved a batch of provisional, military and overseas ballots scanned on Friday night. Out of an abundance of caution, election workers and investigators are rescanning all of those ballots Saturday night. The numbers from last night will be removed from state tallies and replaced with the corrected number.

Ukraine prosecutors didn't want the political spectacle that became impeachment and simply sought to turn over evidence about Joe Biden and election interference to U.S. prosecutors, memos show.Could the impeachment scandal have been prevented if the now-fired U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman had followed up on Ukrainian allegations about Joe Biden and his family in 2018? That’s the tantalizing question raised by emails from fall 2018 between an American lawyer and the chief federal prosecutor in Manhattan that were obtained by Just the News. The memos show that well before Ukrainian prosecutors reached out to Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s lawyer, in...

Not long after top-secret documents from the National Security Agency made their way onto the internet news site The Intercept on Monday, the Justice Department arrested NSA contractor Reality Winner. The 25-year-old Air Force veteran worked on a military base in Georgia, but online she had a long history of being heavily anti-Trump, an apparent social justice warrior, and a supporter of Iran over the U.S. During their evening broadcasts, the Big Three Networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC) either played down her political attitudes, or outright ignored them as they reported on what she did. {..snip..}

Some of the most colorful descriptions of the violence facing police officers at Lafayette Square were clumsily spliced out of the middle of Barr's answers to questions. Key details on violent riots near the White House were removed from the broadcast of an interview of Attorney General William Barr on CBS News’ “Face The Nation†Sunday. Anchor Margaret Brennan repeatedly described protests as “peaceful†and the clearing of protesters to set up a stronger perimeter as unnecessarily rushed, contentions Barr strongly denied.Left out of the interview that aired on CBS on Sunday morning was Barr’s detailed accounting of much of...

Professor Admits Hiding Obama College Video By Todd Starnes Harvard University Law School professor Charles Ogletree admitted that he hid controversial video footage featuring a college-age President Obama speaking at a campus rally in support of a radical professor. "I hid this during the 2008 campaign," Ogletree said in the video. "I don't care if they find it now." The entire video was aired exclusively on Hannity by Breitbart.com editor-in-chief Joel Pollak and contributor Ben Shapiro. The unedited video shows Obama speaking at a 1991 rally for Professor Derrick Bell. Bell has been described as the Jeremiah Wright of academia....

Every time you think the American news media could not possibly become more depraved and corrupt, they go and fool you again. – Let’s go around the horn – as all the baseball players used to day back when America still had baseball – and take a little review of some of the highlights of despicable, corrupt media behavior over the past couple of days… Example #1: It’s the question that doesn’t get asked that reveals the corruption. Guests on the various Sunday morning fake news shows included Georgia Gubernatorial loooooooser Stacey Abrams, Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar and fascist Michigan...

It was in the footnotes, for example, where the FBI appears to have misled the FISA court in its application to spy on Carter Page – obscuring its reliance on opposition research, the Steele dossier, financed by the Hillary Clinton campaign. The more than 2,000 footnotes included in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on Trump-Russia collusion allegations are also illuminating. Most of the citations are matter-of-fact support for claims made in the main text. But a close reading reveals that many of the footnotes raise more questions than they answer, especially regarding Mueller’s methods and intent. Some footnotes show that...

The two lawmakers suggested in a letter to Attorney General William Barr that the footnotes contradict key claims made in Inspector General Michael Horowitz's declassified version of his spy abuses investigative report. Two top Republican senators on Tuesday alleged that claims made in a report from Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz mischaracterized evidence about the government’s secret surveillance of the Trump campaign during and after the 2016 presidential election. Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., wrote to Attorney General William Barr on Tuesday demanding that the Justice Department declassify four footnotes in the inspector...

President Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani earlier this week upheld what has become a conservative tradition: attacking billionaire philanthropist George Soros. “Don't tell me I'm anti-Semitic if I oppose him,” Giuliani, a Roman Catholic, said in an interview with New York magazine that quickly went viral. “Soros is hardly a Jew. I'm more of a Jew than Soros is. I probably know more about — he doesn't go to church, he doesn't go to religion — synagogue.” Among those who did tell Giuliani he was, at the least, spreading anti-Semitic propaganda, was Jonathan Greenblatt, the national director of the Anti-Defamation League....
