As you all know, the House of Representatives approved by an overwhelming margin a ban on partial-birth abortions last night. However, many of the Congressmen who will claim to have supported the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban proved not to be truly opposed to this barbaric procedure, since minutes earlier they had voted in favor of a substitute bill by Jim Greenwood (RINO-PA)that purported to ban all late-term abortions but in reality would have created an exception to the ban large enough to drive a Mack Truck through (it would have allowed late-term abortions whenever the mother's "health"---including mental health---could be affected)....
