CNN treated Marco Rubio reaching for a sip of water like he'd fumbled the ball away in the last seconds of the Super Bowl. "Social media is all about this," joked CNN's Chris Cuomo, as he reenacted Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) reaching for a water bottle during the February 12 CNN commentary on President Obama's State of the Union address. CNN then cut to a video of Rubio drinking water during his response to the President's speech.
