I think I’d like to see that vote again...
After watching umpires miss several home runs this year because they don’t understand that if a ball bounces up in the air it has hit on top of the wall not off the wall (where it would bounce down), I say its bout time.

How about having a play clock for the pitching. Oh wait, that would put too much pressure on the pitcher and make the game too exciting. We can't have that now can we ;)
As long as they will play over and over again the replay of a bad call so that everyone in America except for the refs are in on the outrage is what forced the NFL’s hand. Why should MLB be any different?
