I knew he had to have a motive for making such a bad call.

I guess you're thinking that losing 21-17 would have been better?

That was a close, close call. Could have gone either way, I think. I'm not going to second guess the officials and the replay on this one.

Well, the spread WAS 4 points, and I understand meeting the spread doesn't cut it, you must beat it, depending on the bookie.

Look, I am not a Steelers or a seahawks fan, but I saw the call...even if 1/10 of that ball makes it over that line... 1/10 of that line.. it's over and a touchdown. The ball was carried over the line, as minute as it was...
Anyone who disputes that cannot be one well versed in Football...

I would have won $75.00 for the first quarter if that touchdown would have counted but if a bull frog had wings.....

Just goes to show that all the money (well almost all) in the world can't buy you a Super Bowl.

Picture of Paul Allen with 1:31 to go in the 4th. Priceless

I think he is referring to the TD that Seattle made that was called back due to an offensive interference call. The Seahawk "pushed off" of the Steeler defender. Personally I thought it was lame. It's like calling "holding"- you can say that about nearly every play. I also thought Ben R was not in the endzone on that TD either. I am not a fan of either team, BTW. The game was unsatisfying, IMHO.

Don't impute biased officiating. NFL officials are professionals who deserve huge benefit of the doubt.

I think the author of this thread is talking about the referee who called offensive pass interference against the Seahawks....
That play didnt justify a penalty, in my opinion...

that being said - I could care less who lost or won yesterday!
