(Aug. 9, 2024) — First, let us put on our thinking hat and do some simple grammatical analysis of the two terms ‘Citizen at Birth’ (“CAB”) and ‘natural born Citizen’ (“nbC”). The first term, “CAB”, tells the reader simply WHEN the person became a Citizen, i.e., at birth. The second term, “nbC”, tells the reader two things, i.e., WHEN the person became a Citizen, i.e., when born, and also HOW they became a Citizen, i.e., by what type of law the person became a Citizen –- Man-made laws, acts, treaties, amendments, Positive Law(s), or the Law(s) of Nature, Natural Law....

CHICAGO — A repeat felon on pretrial release for a Class X felony gun crime escaped from electronic monitoring and viciously attacked and robbed a 92-year-old man at an Englewood ATM last week, prosecutors said. D’Marco Roby, 26, had been held in jail for the pending armed habitual criminal case. That ended on February 24, when Judge Laura Ayala-Gonzalez, reviewing his pretrial conditions under the SAFE-T Act, rejected the state’s request to keep him in custody and sent him home on an ankle monitor, court records show. An escape warrant went out for Roby on July 3 after he allegedly...

Severed human hands were found stuffed in a crockpot filled with bleach inside a Bronx apartment Monday — and the victim is likely the same person whose remains were torched in a shopping cart in Yonkers, sources said. Detectives were conducting a search warrant inside an apartment on Rogers Place near East 163rd Street in Longwood around 11:30 p.m. when they made the grisly discovery, police said. A black bag discovered inside the freezer likely holds more remains — including at least one leg — but investigators had not opened the bag yet, according to the sources. The investigators came...

When it comes to New York City real estate, it’s no secret that a large amount of money gets very little in return. Apartment search website RentCafe has now calculated just how little that amount of space is for the average $1,500-a-month renter in the five boroughs — and the answers are rather grim. “Although the South and Midwest offer more generous terms, major coastal job hubs are places where renters on a fixed budget need to sacrifice square footage to benefit from the countless opportunities these areas offer,” prefaced the writers of RentCafe’s report, which looked at how far...

Ballot manufacturing is the collection of ballots, from places ballots deliberately accumulate due to proactively being sent to such locations where the voter does NOT reside - those ballots are then voted for that person by Leftist groups. In each of the 26 states - including every swing state - where we have the voter rolls, we can demonstrate enough fake voters, real voters at fake addresses, real voters at real but ineligible addresses, real or fake voters at transient locations - like a college - voting from there for 20 years - to impact a statewide election. ...we have...

A car was seen being driven backward on July 10 in New York City, which shocked fellow motorists on the roadway. Twenty-nine-year-old emergency medical technician Victoria Metzger was driving to a call when she noticed something odd on the street, the New York Post reported Monday. Video footage shows the red car going backward as other cars pass by. Moments later, the car is seen still going backward as it tails a yellow school bus. Metzger said she was in disbelief when she noticed the vehicle, adding, “I couldn’t stay or keep up for long because we were on our...

Need recommendations for a search engine. Got lazy and have been using Duck Duck Go, which seems to be Google in disguise. Today have been trying to find a discussion of the video from the Trump shooting that seemed to show a muzzle blast or explosion of some sort in the crowd behind Trump. I heard on the radio that it may have been an agricultural chemical under pressure that was released. On DuckDuckGo, I get page after page of pablum from CNN, NPR, PBS, Newsweak, Reuters, and other party organs that have nothing to do with my request. Can someone...

New studies, which utilized AI to monitor the effects of climate change on Earth's spin, have shown that our days are getting increasingly longer and that our planet will get more wobbly in the future. These changes could have major implications for humanity's future. The length of Earth's days and the orientation of our planet are being thrown out of balance as human-caused climate change continuously alters Earth's spin, new research suggests.

Two women were fatally shot on the Upper East Side of Manhattan Friday morning as a baby sat in the backseat of a car nearby, cops and sources said. The apparently domestic-related incident between a woman and her former daughter-in-law unfolded minutes before 9 a.m. on East 88th Street near York Avenue — just a block from Gracie Mansion, according to police and sources. One woman, the daughter-in-law, was pronounced dead at the scene while the other was rushed to New York-Presbyterian Hospital, where doctors declared her dead on arrival, sources said. The mother-in-law’s grandson – a 1-year-old boy –...

Well, I'm just full of questions this week! This one should be pretty easy: Are there any brands of automotive aftermarket power steering pumps that FReepers have had good luck with? "Good luck" in this case means proper operation and no leaks for over 50k miles, preferably over 100k miles. Slight difficulties in installation, I can overcome, as I do most minor repair work on my cars myself. And I've studied vids and forums when it comes to instructions on bleeding the steering system hydraulics, things to watch out for during installation, and so on.

If everybody always lies to you, the consequence is not that you believe the lies, but rather that nobody believes anything any longer. This is because lies, by their very nature, have to be changed, and a lying government has constantly to rewrite its own history. On the receiving end you get not only one lie — a lie which you could go on for the rest of your days — but you get a great number of lies, depending on how the political wind blows. And a people that no longer can believe anything cannot make up its mind....

An upstate New York mother and her 18-year-old son were killed in a head-on collision on their way back from a college orientation Friday when another motorist swerved into their lane, according to authorities and family friends. Recent high school grad Colin Ferrell was behind the wheel of a 2015 Acura RDX with his mother Tiffany Ferrell in the passenger seat when they were killed in the daylight crash on Interstate 86 in the town of Chemung at around 5 p.m., New York State police said. The other driver, Steven Mallory, 36, who was driving a 2018 Nissan Maxima also...

The thronged Bryant Park area will soon be even more thronged. Salesforce, the powerhouse software company that’s the largest tenant at 1095 Sixth Ave. at West 42nd Street, is poised to bring most of its employees back to their offices. An internal Salesforce memo advised staff that most employees must return to their desks by Oct. 1, according to online news site San Francisco Standard. The directive appeared to apply to Salesforce staff everywhere, not only in its San Francisco headquarters. Ivana Trump’s New York City townhouse is still up for grabs as it nears two years on the market. The property was first listed for $26.5 million in November 2022, just four months after the businesswoman died at age 73 after falling down a staircase inside the home, PEOPLE previously reported. In September 2023, the price was slashed down to $22.5 million before the listing was removed altogether in November that same year, according to property records. It was listed again in June at an even lower price of $19.5 million.
