A Texas mother was fatally shot on Tuesday at a Killeen cemetery while visiting her recently deceased son’s grave to drop flowers for his first birthday in heaven, the woman’s husband told police. An Arizona man has been honored by the Phoenix Sheriff’s Office for restraining a man who was assaulting a teenage girl in downtown Phoenix last month. On Feb. 11, a teenage girl was out to meet with her boyfriend downtown near Roosevelt Street when a man approached and grabbed her from behind, a surveillance video shared by the Phoenix PD showed. Authorities in Louisiana said they have busted a career drug peddler for the fourth time in less than a year. Madelyn Payne, 24, was arrested during an underground operation on March 14 after information reached investigators, police said.
