A new type of illicit synthetic street drug known as “Pink Cocaine” and “Pink Panther” was found in a San Jose business where investigators suspect it was being manufactured. Luis Carrillo-Moyeda, 32, of San Jose, was arrested last month on drug charges after San Jose Police Department officers served search warrants at his home and business on Blossom Hill Road.
