SAN FRANCISCO - The Yemeni man accused of trying to storm the cockpit of a San Francisco-bound flight in May will be examined to determine his competency to stand trial, his attorney said Friday. A federal judge in San Francisco appointed a doctor to evaluate Rageh Almurisi, 26, starting next week, Almurisi's attorney Christopher Morales said. The U.S. Attorney's Office raised no objection to the decision.
