A federal judge in San Francisco appointed a doctor to evaluate Rageh Almurisi, 26, starting next week, Almurisi's attorney Christopher Morales said. The U.S. Attorney's Office raised no objection to the decision. Almurisi, who has family in Vallejo, was physically subdued and later arrested on May 8 after allegedly yelling "God is Great" in Arabic and pounding on the cockpit door of American Airlines Flight 1561...
