More than 40 camels have been disqualified from Saudi Arabia's beauty pageant for receiving Botox injections and other cosmetic enhancements. The contest is a highlight of the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival, where $66m (£45m) in prize money is at stake. Key attributes include long, droopy lips, a big nose and a shapely hump. Judges used "advanced" technology to uncover tampering with camels on a scale not seen before, the state-run Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. All contestants were first led into a hall where their external appearance and movements were examined by specialists, it said. Their heads, necks and torsos...

What the hell is going on at the FBI? You can say the same about the Department of Justice overall. After years of investigating the leaks to the press during the 2016 election, DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz said that they don’t know who was leaking because it seems as if everyone was just talking to the press willy-nilly and sharing sensitive information. In short, there were more leaks at the FBI than the Iraqi Navy during the 2016 race at a time when our nation’s preeminent law enforcement and domestic intelligence agency had to be as apolitical as possible....

Joe Biden has been slammed for 'creepy' remarks he made about a young girl during a speech at a Virginia military base on Friday. The Commander-in-chief, 78, went off-script to point out the 'elementary school- aged' girl as he delivered an address at Joint Base Langley-Eustis ahead of Memorial Day. 'I love those barrettes in your hair, man,' the President said to the girl, who was sitting at the side of the stage. 'I tell you what, look at her, she looks like she's 19 years old, sitting there like a little lady with her legs crossed,' Biden bizarrely continued....

A New York Post reporter who authored a story falsely claiming that migrant children were being given copies of Vice President Kamala Harris' children's book announced on Tuesday that she'd been "ordered" to write the "incorrect" story and resigned from the paper. Earlier on Tuesday, the Post temporarily deleted Italiano's two stories on the topic and republished altered versions hours later with editor's notes. "An announcement: Today I handed in my resignation to my editors at the New York Post," Laura Italiano tweeted on Tuesday evening. "The Kamala Harris story — an incorrect story I was ordered to write and...

The ongoing coronavirus lockdowns and restrictions ordered by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) have shuttered 32 percent of Michigan businesses at least temporarily this year. Michigan was second only to Puerto Rico in the United States for closures, a territory that was hit by a 2017 hurricane and relies heavily on tourism. Nationally, 19 percent of businesses were impacted by government-mandated lockdowns, the Center Square reported.

A man accused of starting a brush fire on state Route 167 in Puyallup was out of jail less than two hours before he was arrested a second time. On Friday, Pierce County prosecutors charged Jeffrey Acord, 36, with second-degree arson for allegedly starting a fire Wednesday that burned nearly two acres in the Route 167 median near North Meridian. He was scheduled to be arraigned in Superior Court on Friday afternoon. An off-duty Fife police sergeant was traveling north on North Meridian about 1:50 p.m. when he spotted a Chevrolet pickup truck parked on the shoulder of Route 167....

Portland police arrested dozens of rioters in the city over last weekend’s protests, which were dominated by Antifa activity and continued violence against police officers. Over 50 people were arrested as a result of Saturday’s protests in the Democrat-run city. Demonstrators tossed firebombs, rocks, and commercial grade fireworks at police. Fifteen more were arrested in the protests taking place the following night, as rioters set fires and blocked roads.

Apologies if this doesn't work. I'm not a Facebook user as this was forwarded to me. Something you don't always see an AG do.

The New York Times announced Thursday it is releasing a new podcast series titled Nice White Parents, about how white parents are preventing black and brown children from succeeding in public schools. According to the Times, Nice White Parents is “about the 60-year relationship between white parents and the public school down the block.” Its premise is reportedly that the reason government schools are failing “black and brown kids” is due to powerful “white parents.” Reporter Chana Joffe-Walt states in an audio clip the basis for the project is research that led her back to New York City in 1963,...

With the coronavirus outbreak affecting at least 40 countries, many travelers are concerned about what’s being done to contain the virus. At JFK Airport, jetlagged passengers typically in a rush to clear immigration are now appalled by a lack of screening, especially compared to procedures in the countries they just left. Emily Ferrara and Blair Haworth just returned from Florence, Italy, where their study abroad program was canceled because of the virus. There are more than 300 cases there, one of the largest outbreaks outside China. Yet, the students told CBS2’s Christina Fan they weren’t asked a single question about...

Authorities arrested a family of four Tuesday in the gruesome 2016 slayings of eight people from another family in rural Ohio, a crime that prosecutors suggested stemmed from a custody dispute. The announcement marked the culmination of a massive investigative effort that began after seven adults and a teenage boy were found shot in the head at four separate homes in April 2016. The killings terrified local residents and spawned rumors that it was a drug hit. Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said a grand jury indicted the four on aggravated murder charges and they could be sentenced to death...

Michelle Obama's life is on cruise control ... and yes, we're jealous as hell. The former First Lady boarded this SICK yacht in Mallorca, Spain where she was visiting an American diplomat and his partner. She later boarded the same yacht and from the look of things, a ball was had by all. The Obamas knew how to do just about everything right in their time at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. ... and they're slaying again as private citizens. They've been just about everywhere, too -- Indonesia, Bali, and Tuscany, just to name a few. Again ... jelly as hell.

Former Head of the DNC, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, lost her position during the DNC Convention due to WikiLeaks emails being released that showed her efforts to enable Hillary Clinton to win the DNC nomination and steal the nomination from Bernie Sanders. Now Wasserman Schultz is back in the news. This time it is because of her close ties with the Assistant US Attorney at the Attorney’s office for the District of Columbia. Wasserman Schultz’s brother, Steven Wasserman, is the Assistant US Attorney at the Attorney’s office for the District of Columbia. Questions are arising whether Steven has played a part...

Dr. Afzal Ashraf, a Consultant Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute, has long been saying ISIS’s strength is exaggerated— mostly because the Iraqi army caved. From a BBC opinion piece written by Dr. Ashraf in September, 2014. After the shock of Islamic State’s (IS) land-grab in Iraq, horrifying videos of hostage beheadings and the public debates about possible terrorist attacks at home and military action abroad, it is unsurprising that people are worried. Collectively, these factors have made the threat of IS appear greater and the situation more pessimistic than it is. Of course, IS should be taken seriously...

GOP primary contenders Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) 80%and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC)47%skipped a critical cloture vote that allowed Senate Majority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) 52%’s plan to fund the government, including Planned Parenthood, to move forward without risking a shutdown. That means Rubio and Graham, for whatever reason, skipped a key vote that would have shown where their allegiances lie regarding funding for the highly controversial abortion provider, which, based on recent undercover video investigations, is in the business of selling aborted baby body parts to the highest bidder. The vote succeeded 77 to 19 without Rubio or Graham’s...

The bullet that struck an Atlanta-area police officer — hit after responding to a burglary call at the wrong house — likely came from a fellow officer's gun, investigators said Tuesday. The homeowner, Christopher McKinley, 36, was also shot by one of three responding DeKalb County officers who entered his house on accident Monday night, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. He was treated and released from a hospital, the GBI said. A dog in the home was shot at by two of the officers and killed, authorities said. The GBI said in a statement Tuesday that the "injured...
