The Houston PD's Chief, Troy Finner, just confirmed what we'd been told ... namely, that at least one person had been injected with something via needle -- and there well may have been more. Chief Finner said a security guard working the event felt a prick in his neck by an unknown assailant while he was trying to restrain a citizen -- and he quickly fell unconscious. Finner says the guard was revived by use of NARCAN ... and that medical personnel did, indeed, see something on his neck that indicated he'd been stabbed with a syringe.

LONDON — It has consumed more than eight years of maneuvering, obstruction and a widow’s dogged legal campaign, fought often on a shoestring. But finally, on Tuesday, a public inquiry is set to begin its quest for an answer to the question that has driven the whole process: Why did Alexander V. Litvinenko have to die? On Nov. 1, 2006, Mr. Litvinenko, a former officer of the Soviet K.G.B. in self-exile in London and a vocal critic of President Vladimir V. Putin, sipped tea from a poisoned pot, took sick and died 22 days later. Only after his death did...

No. Glenn has been dealing with neuropathy for awhile and has been to see lots of different medical specialists to get to the root of his issue. Was it a competitor or just a vandal who poisoned 7 million vegetable plants at a seedling nursery in Australia? The sabotage -- estimated at a loss of 23.5 million Australian dollars ($20.3 million) -- could more than double produce prices across the country due to decreased supply. About 4 million tomato seedlings were poisoned, as well as bell peppers, melons and eggplant. The region of Bowen, in northern Queensland state, grows the majority of Australia's winter vegetables. Police investigations found that a herbicide was introduced in late June into the irrigation system of the Supa Seedlings nursery, which sells...
