Reaching out to Freepers asking for prayers for my brother A.K.A. popman. He fell down a flight of stairs last Friday and has been in a coma since with brain bleeds and pressure. He is intubated and has difficulty breathing without help and is nonresponsive. Doctors are hopeful time will help. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

Teenager Killed In Crash Near Concord Posted: 12:41 pm EDT June 13, 2010 Updated: 9:18 pm EDT June 13, 2010 CABARRUS CO., NC -- Students at Concord High School were mourning the loss of one of their own after a deadly crash Saturday. The State Highway Patrol said Julia Morris, 18, was behind the wheel of the car. They said she was heading West on Highway 73 when she apparently lost control, swerved and then rolled before slamming into a power pole. Kelly Campbell, 17, was killed in the accident.

Today starts the trial of the murderer of the granddaughter of a dear friend. She was killed by an on again, off again boyfriend, who claims that it was an accident. My friend and her family have not been dealing well with their sorrow and feelings of guilt that they did not know how dangerous this man was. Hi fellow Freepers, I have just found out my mother has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, she is the sweetest, kindest woman I know (maybe a little biased)She is very much the June Cleaver type, always doing for others before herself. FReeper, "International American", will be having surgery on Friday 2/13/04 to remove a tumor. Both he and his doctor are optimistic. He will probably be embarrassed that I asked you all to keep him in your thoughts and prayers. With the expert surgeon and God's guidance an excellent outcome is possible. Four Dead In Murder-Suicide Tucson Police say a father shot and killed his wife and two young children before turning the gun on himself Sunday. Investigators say he also shot another man, who survived. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Police say the survivor had some sort of relationship with the wife.
