Prince William County police arrested a Manassas area man Monday for raping a 24-year-old developmentally disabled woman, according to spokesperson Erika Hernandez. Brayan Migdanio Bustillo Fuentes, 21, 9933 Portsmouth Rd., was charged with rape and is being held without bond in the Prince William-Manassas Adult Detention Center. At approximately 1 p.m. Monday, the police began investigating a rape that occurred at Fuentes’ address .
