A key committee vote for the Republican package full of President Trump’s legislative priorities scheduled for Friday could be punted to next week as hardliners on the panel threaten to block the legislation. The possible delay comes after a wave of hardliners on the panel — Reps. Chip Roy (R-Texas), Ralph Norman (R-S.C.), and Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-Ga.) — said they planned to vote against advancing the GOP’s megabill in its current form in a meeting scheduled for Friday.

The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating a radio failure at the Denver Air Traffic Control Center, which covers approximately 285,000 square miles of airspace covering parts of Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana. The outage temporarily affected communications Monday. According to the FAA, both transmitters that cover a segment of airspace went down around 1:50 p.m., causing a loss of communications to part of the Denver Air Route Traffic Control Center for about 90 seconds. The FAA said the outage affected some flights approaching Denver International Airport. They said the controllers used another frequency...

The list is growing of judges who moonlight as the President of the United States. These ‘judges’ have reversed executive orders, prevented the firing of federal employees, even ordered deported gang members returned to the United States. No one should be surprised at this judicial insurgency. For decades Democrats have “judge shopped” to get their case before a “friendly” judge. The openly corrupt part of this tactic is having ‘friendly’ not impartial judges. But the crazy stuff eventually got overturned and the system worked. So how did we get to this place where the system no longer works?Well for anyone...

WASHINGTON, D.C. (7News) — The Washington Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) announced Thursday that it arrested 17 people in connection with firearms and narcotics trafficking. The investigation spanned over five states, including D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Texas. 122 firearms and 10,000 fentanyl pills are now off the streets and in the hands of authorities as a result of the operation. The 17 people arrested were allegedly in the U.S. illegally, according to the ATF. "They will be in the process of being deported back to the country where they were originally from...

In a startling coincidence, murder rates have plummeted in Denver and Aurora, Colorado, in the first quarter of 2025. I'm sure that correlation doesn't equal causation here, but some bigots who clearly hate brown people have made the insane suggestion that deporting gang members who terrorized residents in these cities might have had something to do with it. Homicides Drop Sharply in Colorado Cities Following ICE Deportations of Tren de Aragua Gang Members https://t.co/8AouPWDQQQ— Sara A. Carter (@SaraCarterDC) May 15, 2025Surely deporting these future doctors, lawyers, and people destined to cure cancer must have nothing to do with this. Right?📉...

Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Thursday said a meeting between President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladmir Putin is the only way to end the war in Ukraine. Rubio, who also serves as national security adviser, said Trump has grown impatient and wants the three-year war to end, according to The Hill. "The only way to have a breakthrough between President Trump and Putin," Rubio told reporters, adding that nothing productive will happen until the two sides engage. Trump said he wasn't surprised Putin did not want to attend the talks, despite Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy pushing him to...

The entire super secret, 1100+ page report has been leaked to numerous media sources in Germany. I can now report the bombshell findings of months of exhaustive investigative research, snooping, and spying by the finest agents available in the German intelligence community and democracy protection racket. The repercussions of this incendiary, voluminous tome could be characterized as... I'm not kidding. The German police state and ruling junta have completely beclowned themselves. The document produced by the constitutional protection agency (BfV) and used as justification for declaring the populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) party a 'right-wing extremist' group - which enabled...

The Trump administration gave Iran a proposal for a nuclear deal during the fourth round of negotiations on Sunday, a U.S. official and two other sources with direct knowledge tell Axios. Why it matters: It was the first time since the nuclear talks started in early April that White House envoy Steve Witkoff presented a written proposal to the Iranians.Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi took the proposal back to Tehran for consultations with Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, President Masoud Pezeshkian and other top officials.President Trump said Tuesday in Saudi Arabia that he'd presented "an olive branch" to the Iranians but...

President Vladimir Putin on Thursday sacked Russia's chief of land forces, General Oleg Salyukov, the Kremlin said, in the latest removal of a high-profile military establishment figure amid the war in Ukraine. Salyukov, 70, will become a deputy to ex-Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, who was removed last year and made Secretary of the Security Council. The move was announced in a Kremlin decree. Less than a week ago, Salyukov was running the grand Victory Day military parade in Red Square with current Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, marking the 80th anniversary of victory over Nazi Germany. Russian law enforcement has charged...

To MAGA haters, thinking of Donald Trump evokes an automatic rage-filled response called 'Trump Derangement Syndrome.' And now Congress wants the 'syndrome' studied. Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) describes an intense, often irrational hostility or obsession with Donald Trump, his actions, or his supporters. Some Americans react to Trump with exaggerated emotional responses. The term is often used pejoratively by Trump supporters to dismiss criticisms of the president. However, the concept lacks a formal psychological or medical basis despite extreme political animus toward the 45th and 47th president has been commonplace. He has been called an enemy of democracy, a fascist...

As Republicans on Capitol Hill continue to work on a reconciliation bill and delivering on the extension of the 2019 Trump tax cuts (and preventing a massive tax hike), Democrats are fear mongering about so-called "cuts" to Medicaid. In typical fashion, they're getting some help from their friends in the media to push the narrative. "The Medicaid portions of the GOP megabill would lead to 10.3 million people losing coverage under the health safety net program and 7.6 million people going uninsured, according to estimates from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office," POLITICO reports. "Republicans released the partial estimates Tuesday less...

Ruby Chen, father of hostage Itay Chen, addressed the United Nations Security Council today during a landmark session on Resolution 2474—the Council’s first formal discussion on missing persons in armed conflict since the October 7 Hamas attacks. Initiated by the United States, the session brought the voices of the families into the heart of the international arena. He called on the Council to establish a dedicated UN body to address hostage-taking as a distinct and ongoing violation of international law, and to ensure the resolution is fully implemented and enforced. In his speech, Ruby gave voice to the collective anguish...

Top US diplomat Marco Rubio says he does not have high expectations for peace talks due to be held between Ukraine and Russia in Turkey and asserted that Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin needed to meet. "It's my assessment that I don't think we're going to have a breakthrough here until President Trump and President Putin interact directly on this topic," he said, speaking after a meeting of Nato foreign ministers in southern Turkey. Earlier in the day, Trump - who is visiting the Middle East - also suggested that significant progress in peace talks was unlikely until...

Tiffany Trump has given birth to a baby boy... as Donald Trump becomes a grandfather once more. The First Daughter, 31, welcomed her first child with husband Michael Boulos, 27, at 4.44am on Thursday. Taking to Instagram to make the announcement, she shared a black-and-white snapshot of the baby's foot, alongside a caption that read: 'Welcome to the world our sweet baby boy, Alexander Trump Boulos. On Thursday, on ABC’s “The View,” co-host Sunny Hostin said the United States was “misogynistic” because out of all the first-world countries, there has not been a female president. Co-host Sara Haines said, “I don’t look at people first by the woman, a black man, a gay person, a this, I look at the best candidate and then they happen to have all these other things they bring to it.” Hostin said, “You may be a little different from most of the country.” Haines said, “We’ve got to stop telling the American public what they’re ready for.”

We’ve already written about the ongoing mess with Virginia’s GOP. But to be fair, Virginia’s Democrats aren’t exactly firing on all cylinders, either. One candidate for the House of Delegates just outed herself as being “ethically nonmonogamous,” i.e., a swinger.Hmm.Sure hope she lives in a swing district! *Ba-bump-bump-ching!* (“Thank you! Be sure to tip your waitress! Try the veal.”)Of course, no one had asked her about her sex life, probably because nobody cares. Nonetheless, Yvonne Rorrer, 47, decided to volunteer the information all on her own:Rorrer, a Democratic candidate for Virginia’s House of Delegates in the 47th district, revealed Saturday...

Today, the United States Supreme Court will hear three consolidated cases in Trump v. CASA on the growing use of national or universal injunctions. This is a matter submitted on the “shadow docket” and the underlying cases concern the controversy over “birthright citizenship.” However, the merits of those claims are not at issue. Instead, the Trump Administration has made a “modest request” for the Court to limit the scope of lower-court injunctions to their immediate districts and parties, challenging the right of such courts to bind an Administration across the nation. The case is the consolidation of three matters: Trump...

President Trump shed his shoes Monday to take in the splendor of the largest mosque in the United Arab Emirates — a rare visit by a sitting American chief executive to an overseas Muslim house of worship. “It’s so beautiful,” Trump, clad in stocking feet as a mark of respect, told reporters inside the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. “This is an incredible culture.” Trump, 78, was joined at the ornate white marble edifice by Abu Dhabi’s crown prince Khaled bin Mohamed Al Nahyan, who recently signed a deal with Disney to develop a theme park on nearby Yas Island. The...
