Minister resigns following arrest WICHITA FALLS (AP) - A church music minister has resigned after being charged with exposing himself to another man at a rest stop. Ricky Steven Gates, 36, was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure, a misdemeanor, following an incident last week in Montague County, authorities said. The pastor at First Baptist Church of Bowie accepted Gates' resignation Monday after addressing the allegations in church Sunday.
