At one time Hollywood produced successful family friendly films, many of which were faith based. The Bible was actually considered important and the name of “God” meant more then a common swear term. In the movies, being “virtuous” was an admirable quality.Gibson’s blockbuster, “Passion”, blew the Tinsel Town doors wide open. Hollywood was given clear undisputable evidence by Gibson that it can be financially rewarding to produce faith based “Gospel” films.
