A man from Ecuador convicted of dragging a Milford motorcyclist to his death under his pickup truck has been sentenced to up to 14 years in prison. One student is dead and another is charged with murder after a stabbing at a high school in Milford on Friday morning. The fatal stabbing happened at the Jonathan Law High School on Lansdale Avenue. "I saw teachers and one teacher was hysterical," said eyewitness Rebecca Golden. Two mental health clinicians have determined that Nicolas Dutan Guaman, charged with killing a Milford man with his truck last year, is not competent to stand trial, Guaman’s lawyer told a Worcester Superior Court judge yesterday.
