PHOENIX (KPHO/KTVK) - A Phoenix massage student faces a sexual assault charge after allegedly assaulting a woman while giving her a massage. Clifford Anthony Collins, Jr. was arrested Thursday. Police say the adult female victim was getting a massage from Collins at her Phoenix home, when the suspect assaulted her.
