The two-term district attorney is running for a third term and believes it won’t be a problem for him to win reelection, but the margin of victory could be very important.

One of the radicalized district attorneys backed and controlled by the George Soros empire is looking to undermine President Donald Trump’s pardon of January 6 defendants. Leftist Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner is reportedly “exploring filing state charges against convicted January 6 rioters who were” pardoned by Trump, reported CNN on January 21. CNN — which has exhibited an acute obsession with the riot on January 6 throughout the Biden presidency — gleefully celebrated that Krasner’s antics “are the first indication that state and local law enforcement officials might try to push back against Trump’s mass clemency for his supporters who...

---SNIP--- for those defendants pardoned who live in Pennsylvania, a new legal threat might be looming with Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, who is mulling filing state charges. There will be challenges vis-à-vis double jeopardy, but Krasner is reportedly sold on the opinion that “you can have a state prosecution for conduct that was not fully encompassed in the federal prosecution.”

"We are here on a very important day before a very important election. We are here more than anything to speak about protection of an election, making sure that the election that will occur tomorrow will be free. It will be fair, and it will be final," Krasner said

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, who is bringing a lawsuit to stop Elon Musk's $1 million voter giveaway, asked the judge overseeing the case Wednesday to "enhance its security" for an upcoming hearing in the matter. Krasner said in a new court filing Musk's post about the case on X has "triggered an avalanche of posts," including "antisemitic attacks" against the prosecutor. One account was "inviting political violence" and posted Krasner's home address, according to the filing. "These posts, which unquestionable are criminal .... and remain posted on Musk's X website today," the filing states.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner blasted Republican legislators during a post-mass shooting press conference Tuesday, insisting that they are “against [voters’] safety.” On Monday night, a gunman opened fire in the Kingsessing section of southwest Philadelphia, killing five people and injuring several more. Multiple children were injured by the gunfire, including a 2-year-old who was shot four times in the legs. The suspected gunman, a 40-year-old man, was reportedly wearing a ballistic vest and had an “AR-type rifle,” along with multiple magazines. He was apprehended by police and faces several counts of murder, aggravated assault and felony weapons charges.

An 18-year-old man was busted Sunday in the fatal shooting of a Temple University cop — as it surfaced the heinous killer tried to rob the tragic officer as he lay dying on the ground, police said. Gunman Miles Pfeffer — who was taken into custody by authorities using the fallen officer’s handcuffs — went on to coolly commit a nearby carjacking in Philadelphia after the shooting, too, authorities said. Pfeffer was arrested after multiple agencies, including federal marshals, converged on his home in Buckingham Township in Bucks County around 7 a.m., the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said. He...

The Pennsylvania Senate voted 29-19 on Wednesday to call Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, a Democrat, to Senate chambers for a trial to answer for seven articles of impeachment against him. The articles could result in his removal from office. But the timing of this move is awkward because it was done in a special session on Nov. 30, the last day of the 2021-2022 session. The new session starts at midnight, but no action will be taken because newly elected lawmakers take their oaths of office and are seated in January. “The majority party is attempting to set an...

Faisal Gill, a libertarian Republican-turned-progressive Democrat, is running to become L.A.’s city attorney, a powerful post that will give him the ability to decide what types of minor crimes are prosecuted. "The city attorney is not elected to defend the police," Gill states on his campaign website. Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner has become a hero on the left for his aggressive attempts to free people who were wrongfully convicted. CBS profiled those efforts back in 2019, about a year and a half after Krasner took office. The former public defender assumed the top prosecutor job in 2018. One of his first missions was to beef up the Conviction Integrity Unit to investigate legitimate claims of wrongful convictions.“There was a culture at various times of win at all cost,” said Krasner. “And if that meant that you were gonna take the document that suggested there was a different suspect,...

A convicted killer is now wanted for another murder after he was freed from prison by Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner’s (D) Conviction Integrity Unit, which has the backing of Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman. In 2021, Krasner’s Conviction Integrity Unit got a judge to throw out the murder conviction against 32-year-old Jahmir Harris who served eight years in prison. Harris was convicted for the 2012 murder of 45-year-old Louis Porter whom he was accused of shooting in the head in front of his 5-year-old son in a Philadelphia parking lot just two days before Christmas. According to prosecutors, Harris...

Pennsylvania Republicans were primarily written off this cycle. I admit I thought we were toast, given that Dr. Mehmet Oz winning the Republican Senate primary exposed the state party's appalling candidate depth. Gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano, who I like, was seen as too extreme for Keystone voters, though he was polling within the margin of error with Democrat Josh Shapiro. With summer over, Oz is within striking distance of Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, whose mental health has been called into question due to his recovery from a stroke. Mastriano needs a boost—in fact—the whole statewide slate could use a leg...

Lefty Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner claimed violent crime was worse in “Trump states” — as he denied his soft-on-crime policies were to blame for his city’s soaring crime rate. Krasner’s bold statements came during a fiery interview with Fox29’s “Good Morning Philadelphia” Wednesday, when he was grilled by anchor Mike Jerrick a day after five teens were shot at a high school.

Philly Mayor Says Only Police Should Have Guns This is why many politicians don't like to speak off the cuff because when in doubt about what to say, they tell you the truth. The Philadelphia Mayor, Jim Kenney, just told the truth about how he feels about guns. "I was in Canada two weeks ago and never thought about a gun," he said. "The only people I knew who had guns in Canada were police officers." "That's the way it should be here" He only wants the police to have guns! How is that not about control? For crying out...

Pennsylvania Republican Senate nominee Dr. Mehmet Oz called on Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney to resign Tuesday, after the mayor publicly said he couldn't wait for his term to end, given the recent rash of gun violence. "I'm waiting for something bad to happen all the time," Kenney said during an impromptu press conference Monday night, after two Philadelphia police officers had been shot during a Fourth of July fireworks celebration. "I'll be happy when I'm not mayor, and I can enjoy some stuff." That prompted Oz to say that Kenney should step down immediately. "Mayor Kenney should resign from office,"...

VIDEORarely has anybody every demonstrated such joy as Philadelphia's Mayor James Kenney did when he jubilantly performed his "Sanctuary City" dance in 2018. Well, that over the top joy has now been completely replaced by very sad gloom when Kenney glumly announced with deep sadness that he just wanted to give up being mayor. To get an idea of how happy Kenney was in 2018 that Philly would be a sanctuary city, I actually tried to replicate his "Sanctuary City" dance. However, despite practicing it over and over many, many times I could never quite do it. The missing element...
