CORPUS CHRISTI -- The creator of a commercial for likely Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry has resigned after a newspaper complained that he used its photographs without permission. The Corpus Christi Caller-Times had accused Armando Gutierrez of Corpus Christi of using copyrighted Caller-Times photos in the commercial without clearance. "He is no longer helping with our advertising," Kerry campaign spokesman Luis Vizcaino told the newspaper for its Tuesday editions. Sunday was the last day Kerry's television ad involving the Hispanic veterans was broadcast, Vizcaino said.

Scratch Tony Blair off the list of possible "foreign leaders" who want to see John Kerry president. Kerry's said he had received enordorsements from foreign leaders he had personally met. When pressed to name names, Kerry said the endorsements were confidential, and that he bumped into foreign leaders in all sorts of places, including restaurants in New York. British Prime Minister Tony Blair released the following statement today: Asked if the Prime Minister had ever met Senator John Kerry, the Prime Minister's Official Spokesman (PMOS) said he didn't know. He pointed out that the Prime Minister and Mr Kerry had...

ELECTION 2004 Did Kerry make up jet-pilot story? Seasoned flyers doubt yarn about taking controls over Israel -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted: May 5, 2004 1:00 a.m. Eastern -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- © 2004 WorldNetDaily.com It's been a tough week for John Kerry's credibility. He's been called unfit to be commander in chief by many of his Vietnam comrades and commanders. He's been criticized for accepting a Purple Heart for what amounts to a scratch on his arm treated with a Band-Aid. Now, seasoned jet pilots are calling into question his latest claim – taking the controls of a fighter and flying it over Israel in...
  • John Kerry Slamming Republicans on FNC

John Kerry was just on Fox News and said "republicans are rude and have no manners". Now, with the zot assults we see on here, comments made on democratic blogs, Kerry calling the president and his administration "crooks" and everything else I'm sure you can name - who's the true rude ones? I can't believe people actually support this man. Not only is his party a danger to our country, but he will cause major attacks against us by his inaction. We thought it was bad under Clinton, wait and see what it would be like under President Kerry.

<p>John Kerry, defending 'gay rights' before a black audience, explained that when 'Mr. (Rodney) King gets dragged behind a truck down [in] Texas by chains and his body is mutilated only because he's gay, I think that's a matter of rights in the United States of America.</p>
  • What Candidate Kerry Can Expect From His Party

There is something strange and very scary going on within the Democratic Party. It’s sinister, it’s diabolical, it’s maleficent, and it’s totally in keeping with what we have learned to expect with ''politics as usual ... Democrat style.'' There’s a dark moon rising on the political horizon and it is threatening to wreak havoc with this summer’s political process. I’m afraid the leading Democratic presidential candidate, Sen. John Kerry, is unknowingly and unwittingly trapped in a classic real-life horror story. He will inevitably re-enact the horror story in due time as we move closer and closer to the Democratic convention....

<p>I was trying to recall the exact moment I lost interest in the 2004 presidential race. It was March 7, the day The New York Times published Maureen Dowd's gushing paean to John Kerry.</p> <p>Dowd gloried in the "vast palette of cultural preferences" that paint the Kerry persona. Why, he not only reads Keats and Shelley and T.S. Eliot, he writes his own verse on the "barren desolation of the desert."</p>

<p>As John Kerry (search) was snowboarding down Idaho's Bald Mountain, the Bush-Cheney campaign was racing headlong in challenging the Democrat's credentials, a contrast that raised questions about the timing of the presumptive presidential nominee's vacation.</p> <p>President Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney (search) and senior administration officials have been challenging Kerry's claims of support from foreign leaders while the campaign has criticized the four-term Massachusetts senator's votes on defense and foreign policy. The campaign also has unleashed ads casting Kerry as a waffler and weak on military issues.</p>
  • Kerry: "I don't fall down," then used an expletive to describe the agent who "knocked me over."

.... The image-conscious candidate and his aides prevailed upon reporters and photographers to let him have a first run down the mountain solo, except for two agents and Marvin Nicholson, his omnipresent right-hand man. His next trip down, a reporter and a camera crew were allowed to follow along on skis — just in time to see Mr. Kerry taken out by one of the Secret Service men, who had inadvertently moved into his path, sending him into the snow. When asked about the mishap a moment later, he said sharply, "I don't fall down," then used an expletive to...
  • Foreign Leaders For Kerry

Democratic presidential candidate Senator John Kerry, from Massachusetts, has talked about the foreign leaders who support him as President of the United States, instead of your current president George W. Bush. John Kerry doesn't want to tell you who these "leaders" are, so we'll do it for him. We, the leaders pictured below, want John Kerry to be the next president of your country. We each have our own reasons (if you click on our pictures, you can see those reasons), and we all might not get along, but we do know this: Our lives will be easier without George...

President Bush's campaign for re-election has an easy job running anti-Kerry ads. All it has to do is quote John Kerry. The most laughed-about quotation in the new TV commercial about the Massachusetts Democrat's flip-flop on Iraq: "I actually did vote for his $87 billion, before I voted against it." Kerry's campaign responded by raging that "America continues to falter." By the way, still no comment from Kerry's handlers on his ringing endorsement from anti-Jewish zealot Mahathir "Final Victory" Mohamad.

This is from "Face the Nation" on September 14, 2003: Sen. KERRY: I think we need--I think we need to roll back the top end of the Bush tax cut. McMANUS: If that amendment does not pass, will you then vote against the $87 billion? Sen. KERRY: I don't think any United States senator is going to abandon our troops and recklessly leave Iraq to--to whatever follows as a result of simply cutting and running. That's irresponsible. What is responsible is for the administration to do this properly now. And I am laying out the way in which the administration...
