Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne filed the charges Thursday. He says "it's odd" law enforcement never took Windels into custody. For years we are told that the millions of people who listen daily Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck, etc. are all being turned into little Timothy McVeighs (and no one never even bothered to prove that McVeigh was a right-wing talk-radio listener, but hey, why ruin a good politically-motivated myth?)
