Hollywood star Chrissy Teigen is afraid that former President Donald Trump will “come after” her if he re-takes the White House in November, making her the latest left-wing figure to publicly express a fear of potential Trump retribution. Chrissy Teignen said she is scared Trump still resents her for calling him a “pussy ass bitch” on social media several years ago. “It’s also kind of scary, because it’s, ‘Oh, he’s aware of me’,” Teigen said during an interview with the podcast “On with Kara Swisher,” according to a Deadline report. “What could really happen because of that? We obviously know...

Both New York Magazine Editor-at-Large Kara Swisher and MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle clearly don’t understand the American principle of free speech. And neither appear to know who George Soros is. Following Twitter owner Elon Musk’s criticism of the leftist billionaire’s gambit to “erode the very fabric of civilization” on his social media platform, Ruhle went apoplectic in a May 16 interview with Fisher on MSNBC’s 11th Hour: “Why is Elon Musk permitted by shareholders, employees, his board to behave in a way that no other CEO in the world can act?” So-called tech journalist Swisher harrumphed that Musk is “steeped...

Sen. John Fetterman (D-What?) was finally released from George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C., on Friday, after going in on Wednesday because he was “feeling lightheaded.” That’s some serious lightheadedness to require three days in a hospital bed, but as is always the case with Fetterman, whatever is really going on is shrouded in a fog of denial and deception. Fetterman is reportedly in fine fettle now, and according to CNN, will head back to the Senate on Monday. That’s great, but will he understand anything that is being said there? After all, it was just on Thursday that Fetterman...

The former head of trust and safety at Twitter recently admitted that the social media company’s decision to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020 was a "mistake." During a sit down with journalist Kara Swisher, ex-Twitter safety chief Yoel Roth said that despite concerns about the authenticity of the laptop story, it still did not reach a point where he wanted to remove the content — which was later censored anyway. Initial reporting suggested that Roth blocked user access from the October 2020 story, but the former Twitter division lead said the decision was not up to him.

Jewish News Syndicate editor-in-chief and National Review contributing writer Jonathan Tobin claimed that journalists who pushed the narrative that Democratic U.S. Senate candidate John Fetterman was completely healthy to run for office "lied" in order to ensure that Democrats "maintain control of the Senate." In his column for The Jewish News Syndicate, Tobin declared that these "team blue journalists" "were prepared to cover up or falsify the facts about his health in order to advance his candidacy." [cut] Tobin’s piece, titled, "The painful truth about media bias: Some journalists lie," began with the observation that the debate between Fetterman and...

Speaking on the New York Times opinion podcast Sway, Musk told host Kara Swisher that he and his family would not be taking a coronavirus vaccine because he doesn't believe the virus poses a serious enough risk to their health. “I’m not at risk, neither are my kids,” Musk said. Musk said sweeping restrictions on movement and business enacted due to the coronavirus had “diminished" his "faith in humanity." The entrepreneur said that instead of sweeping lockdowns, governments should focus on isolating those most at risk while allowing the rest of society to continue with normal life. Musk told Fisher...

On Monday, tech website Recode published an interview conducted by YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki with Recode's co-founder Kara Swisher, who bemoaned that her 13-year-old son had started watching Ben Shapiro videos, claimed watching the videos was a "gateway drug" to eventually watching Neo-Nazi videos, and said she would remove Shapiro's video’s from YouTube if she could. That prompted Shapiro to fire back on Twitter, "It seems rather illiberal of you to ask YouTube to ban my videos."

The Left's morbid world of selective indignation. On Monday night, interviewer Kara Swisher asked Hillary Clinton what she thought of Cory Booker’s statement that with Republicans, “we kick them in the shins.” The former First Lady replied that it was Eric Holder who said that, not Cory Booker. Swisher apologized but then the former Secretary of State said “yeah, I know, they all look alike.” As one report noted, this “appeared to be a racist comment,” but the interview quickly moved on. On social media some contended Clinton had only been joking and nobody in the establishment media contended that...

Hillary Clinton is not running for president again, longtime advisers and confidants said on Monday as they pushed back on reports that the 2016 Democratic nominee is weighing another White House run. The allies acknowledge Clinton is wistful about what could have been had she won the presidential election against Donald Trump and wants to continue to help the Democratic Party. But they say her plans do not include another presidential bid. “She’s more likely to win Powerball,” Philippe Reines, Clinton’s longtime adviser, told The Hill on Monday. Another longtime confidant added, “She’s not running. I think it would be...

The original comments, given in a wide-ranging interview with Recode, were made in response to questions about what Facebook was doing to combat fake news and sites, such as InfoWars, that promoted conspiracy theories. In Myanmar, also known as Burma, Facebook has been accused by UN investigators of facilitating violence against Rohingya Muslims by allowing anti-Muslim hate speech and fake news. The social network has now said that it will begin removing misinformation that could lead to people being physically harmed. When asked about its policy on fake news, Mr Zuckerberg offered, without prompting, the example of Holocaust deniers. "I'm...

Most Pacific Northwesterners spend long, rainy months pining for summer. But Microsoft President Brad Smith is having a hard time celebrating because he sees three clouds on the political horizon. During an appearance at the Code Conference in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., on Tuesday, Smith told Recode’s Kara Swisher that he has three immigration-related concerns that could make this “a tough summer.” If President Donald Trump takes any of the actions Smith warned about, Microsoft employees would be directly impacted. Smith told Swisher he is worried that Republicans and Democrats will fail to reach a compromise on DACA, a program...

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton complained that “different media” are dividing the country, making it impossible for people to even have a conversation with each other. Clinton made her remarks yesterday in an interview with Re/Code’s Kara Swisher. She criticized America’s “partisan bunkers” for getting in the way of confronting tough issues like racism, sexism and homophobia. “Nobody wants to associate with anybody who doesn’t agree with them politically,” she said. “You can’t have a conversation, people won’t listen to each other, they listen to different media, and those different media (outlets) tell different stories about the very same...
