Saw an individual on the pedestrian bridge over Highway 85 this morning with colorful "Impeach Obama" banners. Made my morning. Well done.

Sadly, the 3rd Quad-Annual Free Republic Inaugural Ball in DC has been cancelled due to lack of interest. There will be no refunds (seeing as how no tickets were sold - and none offered).

However, now is the time to begin planning a conservative offensive movement.

Okay, I posted to the Florida board and I heard back from no one interested in helping out to get something set up locally. Below is a good starting point that I borrowed from a W. Va Freeper getting started in his neck of the woods. I think this is a good starting point that can be massaged. Is anyone interested in teaming up with me to get something worked out in Central Florida? No one else is going to do it except us. 9AM - MeetnGreet over coffee & donuts 10:30AM - Introductions and brainstorming session to come up...

A few weeks ago, I posted a thread asking how many of you would be interested in holding a centralized FReeper meeting somewhere in the middle of the country, possibly on an airline hub so a maximum number of FReepers could attend. Lots of people sounded interested, but only if it were held closer to home and preferably within driving distance. Ok, if one big central meeting is not feasible, I posted another thread asking about regional meetings. Sounds like a lot more people are interested in this, but everyone's asking when one will be scheduled in their area. Well,...

One Ringy Dingy, Two Ringy Dingy's, Three .... Written by Melanie Morgan Thursday, 12 February 2009 I got an early wakeup call from the East Coast Thursday morning. The alert came from the office of Sen. Arlen Specter, the alleged Republican whose office I stormed on Monday. Specter wanted to talk with me, mano y mano. As I write this, I am still waiting for the Senator’s call. I’m not sure what he wanted to tell me. Lobbying from nonsensical moderates doesn’t work on me. Maybe he wanted to tell me that I shouldn’t barge into his offices...

This may be a topic for our regional FReeper conventions coming up, but how many of you would be interested in forming an official conservative FReeper PAC for raising funds to help replace Dems and RINOs and to get conservatives elected?

We had a sufficient numbers of FReepers and signs to make our opinion known at the southwest entrance to the Dirksen Building. We arrived around 10AM and stayed till 3PM. The original plans were to be on 2nd Street at the main entrance to the Hart Building, but foot traffic was light so we moved around the corner. For those who don’t know, the Hart Building and the Dirksen Building are really one building. There is a corridor connecting the two. Those patriots protesting the Porkulus Bill today were: JimRob (For the newbies, Jim Robinson, aka JimRob, is the founder...

As I was driving today on business, I noticed more than half of the American flags were still at flying at full staff. So I started jotting down these company’s names as I drove. I had a list of 26 in about 20 minutes. The other sad thing I noticed was how few places are flying Old Glory anymore. Over the weekend, I had put her back up at my house 5 minutes after I had heard Ronald Reagan had died. So now I had this pile of offender’s names written down, so when I got to a computer at...
