The militant left-wing group Shut Down DC claims that they will “hit the streets” to “confront” those who they perceive to be supporters of President Trump. The Democrat-tied group plans to target “homes of Trump campaign officials” and Trump’s “donors and supporters.” Shut Down DC and their allies will also attack “media organizations that call the election before the vote count is finished.” It is clear that Shut Down DC will not allow the election to be “won” until the victor is Joe Biden. Nice little country you got there. Wouldn't wanna see nuthin' happen to it, like violence in the streets and a constitutional crisis. So better give Biden a landslide—capiche? That's the very unsubtle message the Washington Post sent readers on Thursday by posting a column by Rosa Brooks, head of the so-called "Transition Integrity Project." The supposed goal of the project was to game out various election scenarios. And—surprise!—the only one in which things go smoothly is if Biden wins a landslide. Armed rioters shut down streets in Kenosha, Wisconsin on Sunday night as the city fell into chaos after a police-involved shooting earlier in the evening. A large group of rioters – including at least two armed rioters – blocked a police armored car from proceeding down a street. After a standoff, the police began throwing tear gas canisters from the top of the vehicle to disperse the crowd. Moments later, gunshots rang out after one of the protesters appeared to open fire.

In a statement posted to Twitter, Gov. Tony Evers (D) said, "While we do not have all of the details yet, what we know for certain is that he is not the first Black man or person to have been shot or injured or mercilessly killed at the hands of individuals in law enforcement in our state or our country. We stand with all those who have and continue to demand justice, equity, and accountability for Black lives in our country."

Another day, another riot. – A new riot broke out in Kenosha, Wisconsin on Sunday after police shot a black man multiple times in the back as he was resisting arrest. Sound familiar? Video of the incident pretty clearly shows the man was unarmed, at least while he was outside his car, and the police officers on the scene appeared to warn him repeatedly as he opened the driver’s side door of his car and bent down to reach for something on the floor of the vehicle. Vox reporter Carlos Maza, whose pressure campaign against YouTube contributed to the mass-demonetization and banning of independent media and right-wing channels, is a former Media Matters employee who defended the violent Antifa movement. The Vox reporter who YouTube listened to, causing the #VoxAdpocalypse, also encouraged the recent trend physical attacks against pro-Brexit politicians in the United Kingdom, in which left-wing protesters hurled milkshakes at them. “Milkshake them all,” said Maza on Twitter, which has not restricted his account for promoting physical assaults on politicians.

District Judge Amit Mehta on Monday ruled in favor of a subpoena issued by the House Oversight Committee for President Trump's financial records from the accounting firm Mazars. In a 41-page-long opinion, Mehta found that "President Trump cannot block the subpoena to Mazars."

A federal judge on Tuesday gave lawyers for President Trump and Democrats on the House Oversight and Reform Committee until the end of the week to make their final arguments on whether the court should uphold a subpoena requesting Trump’s private financial records. District Judge Amit Mehta, during the first court hearing in D.C. over the subpoena issued by Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) for records from the accounting firm Mazars, said he considers the matter to be “fully exhausted” after hearing arguments from attorneys on both sides. And he promised to quickly issue a ruling on the matter.
