The militant left-wing group Shut Down DC claims that they will “hit the streets” to “confront” those who they perceive to be supporters of President Trump. The Democrat-tied group plans to target “homes of Trump campaign officials” and Trump’s “donors and supporters.” Shut Down DC and their allies will also attack “media organizations that call the election before the vote count is finished.” It is clear that Shut Down DC will not allow the election to be “won” until the victor is Joe Biden. As reported at RAIR Foundation USA, ‘Shut Down DC’ has been actively organizing through social media,...

Nice little country you got there. Wouldn't wanna see nuthin' happen to it, like violence in the streets and a constitutional crisis. So better give Biden a landslide—capiche? That's the very unsubtle message the Washington Post sent readers on Thursday by posting a column by Rosa Brooks, head of the so-called "Transition Integrity Project." The supposed goal of the project was to game out various election scenarios. And—surprise!—the only one in which things go smoothly is if Biden wins a landslide. Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

Armed rioters shut down streets in Kenosha, Wisconsin on Sunday night as the city fell into chaos after a police-involved shooting earlier in the evening. A large group of rioters – including at least two armed rioters – blocked a police armored car from proceeding down a street. After a standoff, the police began throwing tear gas canisters from the top of the vehicle to disperse the crowd. Moments later, gunshots rang out after one of the protesters appeared to open fire.

In a statement posted to Twitter, Gov. Tony Evers (D) said, "While we do not have all of the details yet, what we know for certain is that he is not the first Black man or person to have been shot or injured or mercilessly killed at the hands of individuals in law enforcement in our state or our country. We stand with all those who have and continue to demand justice, equity, and accountability for Black lives in our country."

Another day, another riot. – A new riot broke out in Kenosha, Wisconsin on Sunday after police shot a black man multiple times in the back as he was resisting arrest. Sound familiar? Video of the incident pretty clearly shows the man was unarmed, at least while he was outside his car, and the police officers on the scene appeared to warn him repeatedly as he opened the driver’s side door of his car and bent down to reach for something on the floor of the vehicle. Naturally, craven Democrats like Texas’s Julian Castro weighed into the situation to try...

Editor's Note: This post was co-authored by David Wojick.Kamala Harris co-sponsored the Senate resolution to support the Green New Deal. Now Joe Biden has endorsed the plan. Naturally, people want to know what the GND will cost – usually meaning in state and federal government spending. But that is the wrong question. The real question is, how much do Green New Dealers expect to get out of it, at whattotalcost? Mr. Biden says he wants the feds to spend nearly $7 trillion over the next decade on healthcare, energy and housing transformation, climate change and other GND agenda items. But...

North Carolina Roy Cooper has got a doozy on his hands. He’s a Democratic governor, up for reelection in a Republican-leaning Southern swing state, pushing a go-slow approach to reopening the economy as protests intensify and neighboring states move quicker. But that’s just the start: How the first-term governor handles his state's reopening will likely dictate whether President Donald Trump and the Republican Party can forge ahead with a full-fledged convention in Charlotte this summer.

A national group called Republicans for the Rule of Law is running ads aimed at moving Sen. Lisa Murkowski off the sidelines. They want her to criticize President Trump for asking Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden. But both of Alaska’s senators have said they see shades of grey in the Ukraine picture. This ad is showing up in Alaskans’ Facebook feeds. It’s focused, of course, on that call this summer, when Trump leaned on the Ukrainian president for an investigation of the Bidens. “We think she will be receptive to the message,” said Chris Truax, a San Diego attorney who...

A right-wing meme was born this weekend after Portland police said they’d been informed that Antifa protesters had pelted far-right demonstrators with cement milkshakes. Conservative internet trolls, including Pizzagate conspiracy theorist Jack Posobiec and writer Ian Miles Cheong, pounced, tweeting that left-wingers were pelting people with cement drinks. Their followers ran with it, posting photos of concrete burns suffered by the demonstrators. Except that none of it was true. There’s no evidence that the milkshakes contained cement. The photos were fake. And the police got it all wrong, and in the process birthed a right-wing internet movement based on a...

Wednesday on MSNBC’s “Live,” Georgetown University sociology professor Michael Eric Dyson compared the Betsy Ross American flag with the 13 stars representing the original colonies to the Nazi swastika and a burning Ku Klux Klan cross. While discussing Nike canceling a release of shoes featuring the Ross flag after former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick objected, Dyson said, “It hails from the revolutionary period of this nation’s founding which was deeply embroiled in, you know in enslavement, of the owners of slaves, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and the like. But also it’s the recent use of this flag that has been...

Vox reporter Carlos Maza, whose pressure campaign against YouTube contributed to the mass-demonetization and banning of independent media and right-wing channels, is a former Media Matters employee who defended the violent Antifa movement. The Vox reporter who YouTube listened to, causing the #VoxAdpocalypse, also encouraged the recent trend physical attacks against pro-Brexit politicians in the United Kingdom, in which left-wing protesters hurled milkshakes at them. “Milkshake them all,” said Maza on Twitter, which has not restricted his account for promoting physical assaults on politicians.

A federal judge on Tuesday gave lawyers for President Trump and Democrats on the House Oversight and Reform Committee until the end of the week to make their final arguments on whether the court should uphold a subpoena requesting Trump’s private financial records. District Judge Amit Mehta, during the first court hearing in D.C. over the subpoena issued by Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) for records from the accounting firm Mazars, said he considers the matter to be “fully exhausted” after hearing arguments from attorneys on both sides. And he promised to quickly issue a ruling on the matter.

In a 41-page-long opinion, Mehta found that "President Trump cannot block the subpoena to Mazars." ....Mehta also denied a request from Trump lawyer William Consovoy that he issue a stay on the ruling while they appeal the decision to a higher court, meaning that the House Democrats could quickly obtain the president's financial records if Mazars complies with the request before an appeals court potentially intervenes.

Sen. Kamala Harris pledged Sunday that she will pursue executive action on gun control measures if Congress fails to act in the first 100 days of her presidential administration. “I’m proposing, one, that if by my 100th day in office when elected president of the United States, if the United States Congress fails to put a bill on my desk … then I’m prepared to take executive action because that’s what’s needed: action,” Harris, a California Democrat and 2020 hopeful, said in an interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper. Harris had first articulated the plan at a CNN town hall in...

Democrat presidential hopeful Kamala Harris says she will use executive action to criminalize selling more than five guns a year without a background check. This follows a consistent Democrat-led push to criminalize all private gun sales via universal background checks. On February 27, Breitbart News reported that the Democrat-run House passed legislation to require a background check for every gun sale, thus criminalizing someone who sells a gun to a decades-long neighbor without government approval. It also criminalizes a friend who sells a gun to a lifelong friend without asking for government approval. During a May 12 appearance on CNN’s...
