Perry: Proposed Federal Building Codes Will Hurt Job Creation, Home Prices, Homebuilders and Homeowners PEMBROKE, NH – Texas Gov. Rick Perry today took his presidential campaign to Epoch Homes in Pembroke, New Hampshire.
