I am attempting to navigate my way around Lexus Nexus but I am having no luck with the search function? Can anyone help me with the navigation? Is there any special way or tips to help me search. Right now I am completely lost.

I was at the store and some dumbass had a dog in their Buick Regal, with the windows all rolled up. Yes, I called animal control. They couldn't do anything though when the owner came back. I calmly stated that they should at least roll the damn windows down next time so their dog doesn't die. I wish she didn't come back until animal control caught them red handed.

Does anybody know anything about a site called Friendsofliberty.com ? While thay pretend to be Conservative they still credit and acknowledge these "I hate all things in America" sites like "Rense.com" and "whatreallyhappened.com" The guy who has this site is Tod Fahey in North Vancouver Canada. It looks to me like the pantywaist liberals and Canadians are trying to hijack the Conservative message and replace it with their own. There sure is a lot of Hate GWB shit at that site. Anybody know more??

Heated discussion at my house last night, instigated when my fiancee asked a pair of mothers if it was "selfish" to have your own children when you could adopt an un-wanted baby instead that already exists. She was speaking in the abstract but it still touched a nerve and led to long debate about adoption, family planning, and the reasons people have children. Can Freepers comment? I'd especially like to hear from mothers and those who have experience with adoption.

I've been listening to Rush for about ten years now and he has never had a woman host fill in for him when he is on vacation (at least not that I know of). What about Ann or another conservative female. I liked when Sean filled in and now he has his own talk show. I have a 56k modem with a dial up isp. Running win2k on the pc. My isp service is very good and is inexpensive and I wish to keep it. However, I really need to have my phone calls come in whie I am on the computer/online. Is there a device I can get to do this? Where from and how $ would the device cost. I would like dsl or cable hookup but there is no way I can afford it at this time. I do not download large files or important stuff so it is ok with me...

Haven't seen this kind of vanity thread and we all have are faves and ones that make us roll are eyes. Some of Freepers will come into a thread and let everyone know a topic buggers them. So I thought a thread to vent opinions might be interesting.

I have to buy a new refrigerator. Are any brands still manufactured in the US? I would happily pay a premium to buy a US manufactured appliance! Even better, does anyone know of a website that lists consumer appliance brands etc that are still manufactured in the US by US owned companies? I don't want a refirgerator made by slaves.
