Vanity - Don't you hate it when some idiot leaves their dog in the car with the windows up???

I was at the store and some dumbass had a dog in their Buick Regal, with the windows all rolled up.

Yes, I called animal control. They couldn't do anything though when the owner came back. I calmly stated that they should at least roll the damn windows down next time so their dog doesn't die.

I wish she didn't come back until animal control caught them red handed.

If you have a dog, please don't do that. It's just damn wrong.

How about the new highway named for Clinton in his home stste of Arkansas? It's a little crooked, and has a long yellow streak down the center. Be careful if you drive on it, it's a little slick.

Manufacturers announced today that they will be stocking America's shelves this week with "Clinton Soup, to honor one of the nation's most distingushed men". It consists primariy of a weenie in hot water.

Im glad you called animal control on that idiot. I feel bad for the poor dog. Dogs are the best pets/friends.

There's something wrong with the laws if animal control, or for that matter any citizen, isn't permitted to do anything about it. Need laws that permit anyone to break a window of a car containing a small child or animal, if outside temperature is above a certain level (say 70 degrees, to be safe). A few well publicized rounds of this, and most people would figure out that it's a lot cheaper to take the child or dog with you. There was a story on here a few months ago about a child left in a car on a hot day -- the person who saw it called police . . . and waited for them to arrive, while the temperature in the car continued to climb!

I agree and I wouldn't hesitate, not for an instant. My 18mo old Newfoundland pup is like my kid. I just go berserk when clymers abuse dogs. Especially out of stupidity.
