This is so embarrassing. I haven't used DOS commands for years and have forgotten most of them. Here's my problem: I have an old computer that I want to junk but I first want to wipe the hard drive totally clean. The drive is partitioned into C and D drives. The OS is Windows 95. The computer is a Pentium Pro 200.What is the best command to use to erase everything - partitions, data, etc - and make it unrecoverable?

While writing in a thread, my 11yr old daughter was looking over my shoulder and asked, "Mom, what's a liberal"? I told her it's the democrats that believe in things like abortion, same sex marriage and kinda like whatever people want to do is ok. Her response was, "then liberals must all be gay". FR is the best news forum on the internet, but it seems to me to be missing an element that would be a very valuable tool for conservatives - namely, a discussion forum. There is the ability to chat in response to postings to discuss them, but honestly this utility is somewhat limited. One can also post a vanity thread to start such a discussion, but such is frowned upon, for good reason, and also somewhat limited. So what about adding a discussion forum to FR? There are hordes of leftist discussion boards, and leftists all over the internet consistently...
