**SNIP** Officials say the vehicle belonged to Amy Word, who was in the passenger seat. Detectives say during the stop they noticed a strong smell of weed coming from the vehicle. Clark was in possession of weed and cocaine for which he was arrested. Word was arrested and charged with maintaining a common nuisance.
