A new poll says 30 percent of Americans approve of President Bush's job performance. The CNN/Opinion Research Corp. The Interior Department’s Minerals Management Service today announced that it is seeking initial public comment on the development of its 2007-2012 five-year leasing plan for energy development on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) and accompanying environmental impact statement.
