The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday rejected the DOJ’s bid to lift a Clinton judge’s order blocking Trump’s reorganization plans for 20 federal agencies. Last Friday US District Judge Susan Illston, a Clinton appointee, turned a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) into a preliminary injunction blocking the Trump Administration’s effort to overhaul and reorganize 20 agencies in the Executive Branch. In February, President Trump implemented an executive order to completely overhaul the Executive Branch through the work of DOGE. The California-based judge said in order for President Trump to make such large-scale overhauls, he needs approval from Congress. .......

Here's your daily update from the Pacific Northwest 👇 Caleb "Haven" Wilvich is a man who likes to wear dresses. Imagine this guy strutting naked around women with the blessing of America's courts: Two years later, a U.S. federal court of appeals has upheld the lower court's ruling that the spa must allow this man to be naked around naked women on their premises. In his dissent, Trump-appointed Judge Kenneth Lee said this: Now, under edict from the state, women — and even girls as young as 13 years old — must be nude alongside patrons with exposed male genitalia...

The DC Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday denied the Trump DOJ’s request to lift Judge Boasberg’s block on the Alien Enemies Act deportation flights. The three judge panel on the DC Circuit Court: Henderson (George W. Bush appointee), Millett (Obama appointee), and Walker (Trump appointee) voted 2-1 – with Judge Walker dissenting. Last Friday, Judge Boasberg said Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act to deport criminal aliens is “incredibly troublesome and problematic.” Boasberg has been grilling DOJ lawyers about the Trump Administration’s move to deport dangerous Venezuelan aliens under the Alien Enemies Act. A showdown between Boasberg and...

The United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the source of many of the cases interfering with President Donald Trump’s authority, has 15 judges, (Counting Chief Judge James Boasberg) and five of them were born outside the United States. While country of origin doesn’t come up in most jobs, it is worth asking if judges with ties to foreign nations and cultures are the right ones to make decisions affecting the U.S. military or immigration. The concept of foreign-born judges is a newer phenomenon in this district. In addition to the 15 main judges, the D.C. District has...

Of all the judges in the U.S. all five foreign-born judges of the D.C. court managed to get their fingerprints on controversial Trump cases... The absurdity coming from left-wing judges escalated on Monday when one of them claimed that "nazis got better treatment" than the Venezuelan gang members the Trump administration recently deported. Judge Patricia Millett made the statement during oral argument before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals on the government's motion to stay the temporary restraining order (TRO) issued by Judge James Boasberg, using the setting to chastise the federal government for its supposed mistreatment of alleged members of the violent Tren de Aragua gang. "There were plane loads of people. There were no procedures in place to notify people," Judge Patricia...

Judge James Boasberg issues a three-page order [SEE HERE] demanding the Trump administration deliver cabinet level details about their criminal alien deportation operation. Boasberg claims the information provided to him so far is “woefully inadequate,” and lacks the citations of what cabinet-level officials were involved in deporting criminal illegal aliens and Tren de Aragua gang members protected by a leftist immigration organization employing Judge Boasberg’s daughter. Judge Boasberg appears to be focused on generating a contempt order against the Trump administration. Presumably, this would give Boasberg’s allied Democrats in congress a foothold for their needed 2028 election effort and another...

I've argued for years that the open border was an intentional plan to destroy America by welcoming in millions of foreign invaders. The goal was to create a welfare state and get them all to vote Democrat, so eventually no Republican could ever be elected again.I've also argued for years that the Democrat politicians who supported this plan were on the payroll of China, the Chinese Communist Party and the Mexican drug cartels. (snip) I believe many federal judges are on the take.

Hawaiian Supreme Court rules that individuals have no Second Amendment rights under its history, state law, and “spirit” “As the world turns, it makes no sense for contemporary society to pledge allegiance to the founding era’s culture, realities, laws, and understanding of the Constitution. ‘The thing about the old days, they the old days.’” –Justice Todd Eddins Justices with the Hawaii Supreme Court argue that Hawaii must follow the “spirit of Aloha,” not the rulings of the U.S. Supreme Court, when it comes to the Second Amendment rights of individuals. The Supreme Court of Hawaii has handed down a decision...

A three-member appeals court rejected the GOP challenge to not process certain UOCAVA [Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act ] or overseas votes that come into the state this year. Republicans argued that the current laws enable voters to forum shop where they want their vote to be counted despite never living in the state or even in the US. This is the latest ruling that breaks down the integrity of the US election. Democrats will cheer this news. The Hill reported: North Carolina appeals court on Tuesday rebuffed the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) request to not process certain...

The ruling addresses a miniscule number of ballots and represents the latest legal defeat for state Republicans this election cycle. The Nevada Supreme Court has ruled that election officials can count mail ballots with no postmark received as many as three days after Election Day. In a decision Monday, five of the high court’s seven justices disagreed with the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) interpretation of the law at the center of the lawsuit and determined it would not be in the public interest to change election procedures this late in the cycle. Justices Douglas Herndon and Kristina Pickering agreed with...

Two brutes accused of randomly pummeling an 82-year-old woman on a Bronx street have been released without bail — even though the violent pair has a combined 18 prior arrests, The Post has learned. William Ballinger and Tammie Moore — both of whom have lengthy rap sheets — were busted by cops last week and charged with second-and third-degree assault for the vicious Aug. 2 attack on the elderly home health aide in Olinville, police said. Prosecutors asked that each of the 32-year-old defendants be held on $30,000 cash bail or $90,000 bond during their arraignments in Bronx Criminal Court...
