Washington has perversely distorted a law that was enacted to safeguard women's rights to strip women of protections. The women and girls of Washington state deserve better.
They do, but affluent white female liberals (AWFLs) think they are championing a new civil rights movement, and they won't be dissuaded from their holy crusade.
Judge Margaret McKeown, a Clinton appointee, compared men having access to naked women to black people being banned from white spaces (for real!).
It's not biological women are welcome, it's non-biological women are not welcome.

There is a wise saying: “Your rights end where mine begin.” That should have been enough to rule for the women. The Ninth Circuit Court evidently disagrees.
