We’ll there goes the planned “Bone-Crushing Sanctions” on Russia, since they are essentially tariffs on our trading partners. Sorry Linda, you lose.

Guess the courts are just making plain what 2020 already indicated: the US really doesn't have an elected government.
The people will never be allowed to actually control policy.

The U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) is a federal court based in New York City. Its decisions can be appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Why don’t they just go ahead and rule that the President has no authority and all authority is ultimately vested in the courts.
They’ve already same as said that with all these rulings. Just go ahead and admit what they really want to say.

On to SCOTUS

Ultimately, this is an issue that Trump cannot lose on. If the court rules against him, then impose them anyway. If the economy is improving, there’s no way that the legislative branch will do anything about it. It’s time to bring the judicial branch as a whole down a peg or two (it’s gotten way too big for its britches).

Is there any point at which the micro managing of the executive branch by the judiciary is over the top? too much? out of line?
there is no president who has had to endure this kind of micro management from the court system—especially from lower court judges of the opposite party

Courts are not superior to the executive branch.
The executive branch does not report to the judicial branch.

When democrats are presidents tue executive branch is obviously the most powerful for them
When republicans are president the executive branch becomes the weakest branch.
Interesting
Tue dems would spin this as overreach, impeding the presidents lawful powers and mandate
That unelected judges are messing with the elected highest official officer of the land

If we learn but a single lesson from all this, the need to rein in the Judiciary should be it.
