Ford Motor Company is halting production of its electric F-150 Lightning pickup truck at a Michigan factory, the auto giant announced Thursday. Just three years ago, President Joe Biden and Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D., Mich.) visited the plant to celebrate the truck's rollout, calling it an "incredible facility" that shows there's "no limit to what American ingenuity and manufacturing can accomplish." Ford—which, like other major automakers, has struggled to keep its EV business afloat—will shutter the Dearborn, Michigan, manufacturing plant beginning on Nov. 18 and until Jan. 6, 2025. "We continue to adjust production for an optimal mix of sales...

Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), who is running in a tightly contested U.S. Senate race in Michigan, criticized President Joe Biden for calling Trump supporters “garbage.” Slotkin distanced herself from Biden during an appearance on a Michigan radio station Wednesday, Fox News reported. “He shouldn’t have said it, it’s inappropriate,” Slotkin said. “For me, I just think that kind of talk is the last thing we need in our politics.”

Michigan’s Democrat Senate candidate, Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), remained silent as President Joe Biden declined to impose sanctions in 2021 on Nord Stream 2 AG, the company behind the Russian gas pipeline to Germany, which a donor to one of Slotkin’s Congressional campaigns lobbied for. In May 2021, Biden waived sanctions on Nord Stream 2 AG’s pipeline despite the State Department concluding the company, owned by a consortium of shareholders including Russian energy company Gazprom, was complicit in sanctionable activity and criticism that the pipeline would hand Russia a “major geopolitical prize,” as the BBC put it. However, it appears...

Democrat Senate candidates in key swing states are pleading to Trump voters for support – a bad sign for their own campaigns and a flashing warning sign to Kamala Harris. In Michigan, Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) is openly courting voters who support Trump. In Pennsylvania, Sen. Bob Casey’s (D-PA) campaign released an ad showing Donald Trump signing a bill in the Oval Office, with the narrator touting Casey sided with Trump on his historic trade deal ending NAFTA. And in Wisconsin, leftwing Sen. Tammy Baldwin’s (D-WI) campaign released an ad broadcasting her alignment with Trump on trade policies. Candidates on...

Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-Mich.) warned donors last week that internal polling for her Senate campaign shows Vice President Kamala Harris is "underwater" in Michigan, according to a video clip obtained by Axios. Why it matters: Winning Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania is Harris' simplest path to victory. If former President Trump sweeps the Sun Belt, he'd only need to pick off one of those Blue Wall states to win the election. FiveThirtyEight's average of polls has Harris up by about 2.4 points in Michigan. The latest New York Times/Siena College poll has her up by just one. Michigan is also a...

Rep. Elissa Slotkin’s (D-MI) Facebook campaign ads target Muslim voters while ignoring Jewish voters, according to a Free Beacon analysis. Slotkin’s campaign, which is trying to defeat former Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI) in Michigan’s Senate race, appears to be worried about retaining the significant Muslim vote in the state amid the Biden-Harris administration’s inability to strike a ceasefire with Hamas. Critics ripped Slotkin in April for a “weak response” to those who sympathize with pro-Hamas beliefs in Dearborn, Michigan, where agitators proclaimed “death to America” and “death to Israel.” Slotkin called for a ceasefire in February after Michigan protesters arrived...

The Michigan Farm Bureau’s AgriPAC endorsed former Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI) over Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) in the battle for the open Michigan Senate race. The Michigan Farm Bureau has not endorsed a Republican for the Senate seat since 2006, having backed the retiring Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) in her 2012 and 2018 Senate races.

The House on Friday voted, 215-191, to overturn the Environmental Protection Agency’s vehicle emissions rule, with eight Democrats joining Republicans. Kamala Harris says she doesn’t support an electric vehicle mandate, but that’s what the Biden EPA rule effectively is. The EPA in March finalized greenhouse gas emissions requirements for auto makers through 2032. EPA’s models show that gas-powered cars will make up no more than 30% of sales by 2032. EVs made up a mere 7.6% of auto sales last year and less than 4% for General Motors and Ford. In eight years they will have to increase their EV...

Representative Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) said Friday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” that if former President Donald Trump was reelected, he would “hand the keys over” to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Slotkin said, “I think that it’s hard again to explain these big things, but, you know, best guess is that the Ukrainians could run out of ammunition in the spring. Our best guess is they will run out of capabilities to protect places like Kyiv from ballistic missiles probably by the summer. You should expect massive refugee flows, the grain deal that we have on the table to continue to get...

Rep. Elissa Slotkin and Sen. Jacky Rosen attempt to correct congresswoman's understanding of 'from the river to the sea'.. Multiple members of the Democratic Party are calling out Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., after she attempted to justify the pro-Palestinian chant, "From the river to the sea,"... In response, a group on X called StopAntisemitism told Tlaib what the phrase actually means, saying it refers to "the full erasure of the Jewish state, from Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea."

Samantha Woll, 40, board president of the Isaac Agree Downtown Synagogue in Detroit, Michigan, was murdered Saturday, and was found stabbed to death outside her home. The Detroit Free Press reported: A politically connected Detroit synagogue president was found stabbed dead this morning outside her home in the city’s Lafayette Park neighborhood, east of downtown. Samantha Woll, 40, led the Isaac Agree Downtown Detroit Synagogue and previously worked for Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin and on the re-election campaign of Attorney General Dana Nessel, both Democrats. … “I am shocked, saddened and horrified to learn of Sam’s brutal murder,” Nessel said in...

There's no apparent motive for the deadly attack, according to police.

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — New polling results are in … … the polling data in the U.S. Senate race with Elissa Slotkin, the Democratic frontrunner, shows she is tied with somebody who has not even formally announced their candidacy. James Craig, former Republican candidate for governor and former Detroit Police Chief, has not spent a dime in this race, but yet he’s at 39% and she’s at 40%. And in mid-Michigan, where Slotkin is a Congresswoman, she is actually losing to Craig: 37% for her, 44% for Craig. But in an equally interesting twist for Slotkin, she is leading Craig...

Rep. Elissa Slotkin, D-Mich., ignored multiple requests for comment when asked why she signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to engage in closed-door discussions about a Chinese battery company's proposed factory. Slotkin's office confirmed to The Detroit News earlier this year that the Michigan lawmaker and her deputy legislative director Austin Girelli signed NDAs to discuss the proposal from Gotion, a subsidiary of the Hefei, China-based Gotion High-Tech, to build an electric vehicle (EV) battery plant in Big Rapids, Michigan. The proposed factory would be located outside of Slotkin's congressional district. Austin Cook, a spokesperson for Slotkin, explained to the outlet...

VIDEOIn this video, YouTube Files #3, I explore how the DUmmie FUnnies channel was probably censored via demonetization by the CIA. As you can see, this demonetization occurred just four days after I posted a video about CIA Congresswoman Elissa Slotkin, "CIA Rep Wants Those With 'Unacceptable Views' Deprogrammed and Censored." You can watch the full video below which most likely angered Slotkin to the extent that the CIA officer either directly or indirectly (via CIA contacts) demanded that YouTube punish my channel."CIA Rep Wants Those With 'Unacceptable Views' Deprogrammed and Censored"

The FBI’s director on Nov. 15 declined to answer when he was asked whether the bureau had confidential informants among the supporters of then-President Donald Trump on Jan. 6, 2021.“Did the FBI have confidential human sources embedded within the Jan. 6 protesters on Jan. 6 of 2021?” Rep. Clay Higgins (R-La.) asked Christopher Wray, the director and a Trump appointee, during a hearing in Washington.“As I’m sure you can appreciate, I have to be very careful about what I can say, about when we do and do not, and where we have and have not used confidential human sources,” Wray...

Republican Rep. Liz Cheney on Thursday endorsed and plans to campaign for Rep. Elissa Slotkin of Michigan, the first time that the critic of former President Donald Trump who lost her GOP primary has crossed party lines to formally support a Democrat. Slotkin is competing against Republican state Sen. Tom Barrett in Michigan’s 7th Congressional District. Their race is considered a toss-up by both sides and one of the Republicans’ chief targets in their campaign to win the House majority on Nov. 8.

Vulnerable Democrat Rep. Elissa Slotkin (MI-08) imploded during a television debate when a Michigan news anchor pressed her about the recent bombshell report revealing she resides in an apartment owned by a “lobbyist” and campaign donor, who is also registered — with his family — to vote at the same address and works for a company receiving tens of million in government funding. WDIV-TV held a television debate on Sunday between Slotkin and her Republican opponent state Sen. Tom Barrett. The anchor in charge of asking questions brought up the recent report that revealed Slotkin moved into a residence owned...

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) said she believes the Republican Party is "very sick" and may not be able to recover in the near future. The GOP "is continuing to drive itself in a ditch, and I think it’s going to take several cycles if it can be healed," Cheney said, according to The New York Times. "I would much rather serve with (Democratic Reps.) Mikie Sherrill and Chrissy Houlahan and Elissa Slotkin than (Republican Reps.) Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert, even though on substance certainly I have big disagreements with the Democratic women I just mentioned," Cheney added, per...

VIDEOCongresswoman Elissa Slotkin, who loves to brag about being Deep State, has recently been feigning deep deep concern about inflation. How very touching. And yet she voted for the highly inflationary multi-trillion dollar Build Back Broke bill last year. She has been trying to avoid mentioning that very inconvenient fact but a caller put her on the spot about that bill last December during an online townhall session for her district. Oh, and her district is currently the Michigan 8th Congressional District but due to redistricting she is now forced to run in the redder 7th CD this November. That...
