Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said Thursday on MSNBC’s “Chris Jansing Reports” that if President Donald Trump disobeyed a Supreme Court order, “extraordinary action will be necessary.”
Jansing said, “The Supreme Court said the administration must facilitate the return of Kilmer Abrego Garcia, who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador. That has not happened. Are we at the point, Senator, where you feel extraordinary action is warranted?”
Schumer said, “Look, the case will be back to the Supreme Court, they sent it down to the lower court judge. But if the president disobeys a Supreme Court order, extraordinary action will be necessary. We’ve never had that in the Republic before, in the kind of way that the president is doing it. And again, he doesn’t believe in democracy. He doesn’t believe there should be diversity of opinion. He doesn’t believe in due process. You can’t pick up someone off the streets and send them somewhere if you don’t have evidence, if you haven’t presented evidence against them, the country, the democracy is at risk.”
He added, “If the Supreme Court makes a final decision and Trump decides to disobey it, and it will be on all of us, not just the political leaders, but certainly us, but on all Americans to resist that. I think that would happen.”

Thank you very much and God bless you.
If you're feeling froggy, JUMP, Schumer. We'll be ready.
Schumer is sounding a bit insurrectiony
Oh - like Biden’s student loan program?
Andrew Jackson, the first Democrat president, famously ignored the Supreme Court.
Joe Biden, the last Democrat president, famously ignored the Supreme Court.
Donald Trump has been persecuted by Democrat judges like no one else in history, but, so far, he has always followed the dictates of the courts.
Do you mean like trying to murder the man yet again, Chuck?
Becaose that’s as extreme as it gets, and your party already went there.
the DNC, and SCOTUS, & perhaps MALTA,
use MS-13 to murder witnesses, patriots, and the honest.
this is immoral.
Last time I checked I saw that El Salvador is a sovereign nation.
and another perp of the party of death, destruction, higher taxes, inflation and absolute corruption has spoken ……
El Salvador, not USA now has custody. Are you proposing going to war with El Salvador Chucky?
You will do nothing, Chuckles. The Judiciary does not rule this nation, as I believe we’re all about to find out.
Schumer is on his last legs. He’s just vomiting his desperation at the American people. The DNC’s little Fuhrer, Davy Hogg Man, has him by the short hairs. Hoggy is running the new Demoreich Party.
That’s right. We’ve just got to take the planned and coordinated invasion from multiple enemies beyond and within—without even so much as expelling them from the country.
Latin American Ray Epps must really have a ton of evidence on his demoncrap/deepstate handlers and a kill switch for their release.
The order to facilitate that person’s return to the US has been complied with. Instructing immigration at airports to be sure to allow him to come in is facilitating his return.
It’s largely a non-issue.
The court probably cannot order tanks to invade El Salvador to break that guy out of prison and haul him back to the US. He ordered to facilitate return is obviously something much less.
Perhaps a phrase of take all necessary steps to return that person to the US would result in the DOJ requesting specificity. The court will not be able to provide it.
Schumer’s extraordinary action = Executive Action.
You have already threatened once. Millions of us, millions, are waiting for you and your ilk to get it going. Keep talking.
That is PRESIDENT TRUMP to you chuck! Show some respect!
He’s feeling the heat from the wacky radicals in his party and is trying to appeal to them. He’s worried he will be primaried by AOC.
