The foreign-headquartered company that recently purchased the leading U.S. electronic voting firm is boasting that it was highlighted in a report on how technology is making the election process more efficient, secure, transparent, accessible and reliable. The report, WND has learned, was authored by a firm with links to billionaire activist George Soros. The information comes after WND reported two weeks ago that SCYTL recently acquired the software division of a non-profit election organization tied to Soros’ Open Society Institute. An independent panel of experts on computer systems and election security issues has concluded a lengthy investigation into the voting systems currently in place in the state of Georgia and sent recommendations to the State Election Board and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. Voted today for my first time in Georgia. And the system looks well organized. It's electronic: quite different than the computing registration list printouts and older voting machines I saw in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. If fraud occurs, it probably happens at the county or state level where machines add up the votes.  It would nice to know what checks and balances happen when the votes are actually tabulated there.
