Kentucky authorities believe that a woman was eaten by dozens of her pet wolf-dogs after she died. The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office told WFIE-TV that when they conducted a welfare check on 67-year-old Patricia Ritz, they found a human skull and jawbone as 50 hybrid wolf-dogs roamed her Fordsville property. Three lab mice that were exposed to the plague are missing from the Public Health research Institute in Newark. The animals could have been stolen or eaten by other animals in their cages. Officials say the risk to public safety is minimal because the infected mice would die quickly. The incident occurred more than two weeks ago. THE great white shark which killed a Cape Town spear fisherman on Sunday was spotted yesterday dragging the buoy to which its victim had fixed a hooked line to secure his catch. The 20ft shark that claimed the life of Henri Murray was seen by men fishing from rocks at Simon's Town and Kalk Bay, two Cape Town suburbs on False Bay, west of the city.
