A new cellphone video released by Alpha News appears to show the perspective of an ICE agent involved in the fatal shooting of a woman in Minneapolis on Wednesday. Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) claimed Wednesday on CNN’s “News Central” that President Donald Trump caused the Los Angeles immigration unrest.
