A San Francisco woman visiting an Emerald Bay waterfall fell to her death July 4, Tahoe officials said. A spokesperson from the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office said Ishrat Binta Azim, 25, of San Francisco, was visiting Eagle Falls on July 4.
