Former Covington Catholic High School student Nicholas Sandmann is slated to speak at the 2020 Republican National Convention (RNC), which the teenager claimed has angered Democrats. Sandmann, who was viciously smeared as a bigot and a bully by the mainstream media in January 2019 for out-of-context video clips, argued that the Left’s anger stems from the teen’s chance to finally “testify about the media” to the public. “The left is mad I decided to speak because it’ll be the first time I testify about the media,” the teen posted to social media on Wednesday afternoon....

This is terrible. For unknown reasons a car crossed the median on a highway in Kentucky and drove directly into a bus carrying students from Covington High School. The driver of the car was killed, some of the bus passengers were injured including the bus driver. The students were returning home after the March for Life rally in Washington DC. One person is dead and several are injured following a head-on crash involving a charter bus carrying Covington Catholic students, Campbell County police said.

YouTube last week deplatformed a YouTube channel that specialized in exposing Stolen Valor cases. "Stolen Valor," of course, refers to cases where dishonorable pretenders are caught making fraudulent claims of military honors they didn't earn. Retired Navy Seal Don Shipley has made it his life's mission to expose these shameless charlatans. His channel had 232,806 subscribers at the time it was taken down and had been in operation since around 2008. He told PJ Media that he thinks his channel was taken down because he had "outed Nathan Phillips," who had "masqueraded as a Vietnam Vet."

The New York Times’ former editorial page editor Andrew Rosenthal weighed in on the Lincoln Memorial controversy on Facebook January 22. Students from Covington Catholic High School seen in several videos during an incident with Native American elder Nathan Phillips will be meeting with President Donald Trump, Fox News’ Laura Ingraham said on Tuesday. Ingraham first reported they could meet with Trump as early as Wednesday, but later stated any meeting would happen after the government shutdown.
