An individual at the University of West Georgia attempted to intimidate conservative students by shouting expletives and calling them “fascists” during a tabling event. Campus Reform obtained a recording of the incident on Tuesday in which a student confronts Turning Point USA (TPUSA) members at the University of West Georgia before a law enforcement officer intervened. ”Exactly!” the student said in response to the suggestion that he was trying to “shut down” the TPUSA display. “It’s what people do to fascists,” he added. ”I don’t give a **** if you have a right to be here,” the individual continued. ”I’m...

Students at Emory University have been told that their Christmas decorations are a violation of school policy. According to Campus Reform, members of the school’s Alpha Tau Omega fraternity were told on December 3 that their Christmas wreath hanging in front of their residence was a violation of school policy that would require an incident report.... ...Van Inwegen says that ATO is unaware they were following an outdated policy because a Google search directed students to an old set of rules that did not mention Christmas decorations. "There are no lights, decoration hung on light fixtures, or any other conceivable...

The University of North Carolina is offering a class called "Global Whiteness," which involves student presentations on Trump and interracial hookups on campus. Campus Reform obtained the fall 2021 syllabus, covers the concept of race since the 19th century, but also contains what appears to be revisionist narratives of American history, specifically World War II. Specifically, the syllabus appears to place blame for the Pacific Theater on America and the West. The course overview describes World War II in the Pacific as "the first global attack on white Anglo-American hegemony" and "Japan's attempt to roll back Euro-American colonialism."

The Army deployed 65 infantry divisions for the Second World War. Each was a small town with its own equivalents for community services within eight categories of combat arms. Units such as artillery, engineering, and heavy weapons engaged the enemy directly. Yet of all categories, the foot soldier faced the greatest hazard with the least chance of reward. These civilians become warriors confronted the most dismal fate of all, and whose duty was uninterrupted by missions completed or a fixed deployment time. The infantryman was enveloped within a most deranged, barbaric, and brittle existence against a resolute enemy where victory often...

Students and other people walking around the Georgetown area of Washington, D.C., signed a fake petition ahead of Memorial Day to ban the holiday honoring fallen military service members. The petition, authored by Campus Reform, a conservative news site and higher-education watchdog, calls for support to ban Memorial Day in the U.S. for glorifying "American Imperialism." Campus Reform reporter Addison Smith interviewed those who signed the petition in a video published on the outlet's website. Fox Nation contributor and retired Marine bomb technician Joey Jones told "Fox & Friends Weekend" on Saturday that one of the young men in the...

Smith College in Massachusetts is offering a course this fall semester called “White Supremacy in the Age of Trump.” The course will explore questions such as “is White Supremacy a permanent feature of race in contemporary U.S. society?” and “how does one appropriately respond to its ideology and political power in the Age of Trump?” Students will examine “the relationship between white supremacy and white privilege,” as well as “analyze the history, prevalence, and current manifestations of the white supremacist movement,” and learn “how to build a human rights movement,” which includes “reproductive justice," so that students can “counter the...

Twitter reinstated the account for the Young Conservatives of Texas organization following a two-day suspension. Twitter claims that the account was suspended by a “spam filter” that is built into the platform. According to a report by Campus Reform, the Young Conservatives of Texas had their Twitter account suspended for two days without explanation. The account was quickly reinstated after a reporter reached out to Twitter to inquire about the suspension. The organization claims that its Twitter account was shut down on Wednesday. In an email about the ban, Twitter told the organization that “unusual activity” on the account led...

Campus Reform's Ethan Cai recently visited George Washington University in Washington, D.C., to ask students to sign a petition supporting the motion to change the "offensive" and "oppressive" white stick figure in LED crosswalk signs. Cai visited the university undercover, urging students to sign the outlet's fake petition. The petition urged the university "to consider changing the crosswalk signs," because a white man telling students when it is OK to cross the street is oppressive. "As we students cross the street," the petition read, "we are told by the symbol of a white man when it is OK to cross....

Source: YouTube/Campus Reform One of my favorite things Campus Reform does is go out to college campuses and get students' opinions on public policy. Campus Reforms' media director, Cabot Phillips, headed to a college campus to ask students how they felt about President Donald Trump's immigration and deportation policies. He recited a quote that was actually from President Barack Obama. "I have a quote here that's been making the rounds on social media about the deportation of criminal illegal aliens," Phillips said before reading the Obama quote. "'We are a nation of laws. Undocumented workers broke our laws and...

The Pride Center and LGBTQ+ Multicultural Support Network at Oregon State University posted that they do not want a student veteran group to occupy a student lounge. A letter co-penned by both groups stated that “the communities that our organizations serve are vulnerable to the ideological and practical consequences" of letting the student veteran group in the center. The Pride Center has since deleted the post.

Is House Speaker Nancy Pelosi losing her grip on the Democratic Party? Students at Georgetown University apparently think so. Campus Reform's Cabot Phillips visited the campus in Washington, D.C., to ask people about the intra-party struggle between the old guard, like Pelosi (D-Calif.), and more progressive, far-left lawmakers like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and her outspoken freshmen colleagues. Students were asked: “Between Nancy Pelosi and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who do you view as the face of the Democrat Party?” The results went overwhelmingly in the freshman congresswoman's favor. “She’s got the people. We’re in a time of extremes, she’s pulling pretty...

Last week, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez unveiled her long-awaited “Green New Deal," a plan aimed at drastically reducing carbon emissions in the next ten years. The plan has already received the endorsements of Democrat presidential candidates, like Senators Cory Booker and Kamala Harris but, for others, it has turned heads for its drastic approach to fighting climate change. Among the proposals initially listed in the plan were moving away completely from oil, coal, and natural gas within ten years, creating a high-speed rail system to help eliminate air travel, and renovating every home in America. Ocasio-Cortez has since removed the document...

George Mason University students were shocked that President Donald Trump attempted to make compromises with Democrats to get the border wall built, as shown on a video from CampusReform.org posted Friday. Cabot Phillips, the media director for CampusReform, went to the campus recently to talk to students. He asked them who they blamed the government shutdown on. All of the students in the video said Trump. “I think specifically Trump,” one student said. “This has been the longest government shutdown and he is mainly responsible.” Phillips then asked students if Democrats should consider Trump’s offer for a wall if...

A Michigan State University department debuted Halloween posters titled, “A Culture is not a Costume" and included a guide called, “Is Your Halloween Costume Racist?” MSU’s Residence Hospitality and Services department featured the signs, which included a heavily detailed “Cultural Appropriation vs Appreciation” section, as spotted by Campus Reform. The boards are found throughout many of the university’s dorms. One poster brands the addition of a sombrero to a taco costume as “racist.” The poster contains a flowchart, which asks students whether their costumes use blackface, swastikas, or have “literally a name of a minority (that you are not) in...

I’m honestly not sure why most people go to college these days. It doesn’t seem to be for occupational readiness, because many of these majors aren’t in the least bit employable (outside of academia). It’s not to grow children into adults, because they’re being treated as though they’re in kindergarten. Students might want a degree in confirmation bias, but is that what their parents are expecting when they write the checks? Case in point: University of Colorado at Colorado Springs has a course on rhetoric that is requiring students to read anti-Trump materials, Campus Reform reported. The best part? The...
