Trump did the smart thing. First he killed the most radical of the leadership destroyed their Navy and their long reach military. So then he gave the new leadership an offer that’s hard to refuse. Take the carrot or you get more stick. The new leadership now knows if they break the treaty that some morning at 4:00am they will become the late leadership.

I’m glad she struck it down. Now it will work its way through the courts where the SCOTUS will declare the law constitutional by a 6-3 majority. After that most states will enact a similar law.
