The hams in the world have also participated in signal reporting exercise when HAARP did on-the-air testing a few years back - I still have a few wav files receiving their test signals on those bands that ALLOWED propagation into my area of the US.

If he had ‘location services’ turned on, it’s a simple matter of prompting that phone to respond with its Longitude and Latitude coordinates and height/elevation value as well ...
