Some of what I read indicates that hohos unlucky enough to be captured are likely to be treated as terrorists due to the way they have treated the people of the Kursk region.

I can understand the appeal that Nazism had in Ukraine in 1940, but enough water has gone over the dam since that time that they should have gotten over it. There is no real excuse.
